Susan O'Dell was our adviser She was the best yet at Veterans Ford. She let us know what I needed for my 2020 Ford Edge which was Tires which we chose to get somewhere else and there was no pressure from her which most others do so that was most appreciated. That was on Tuesday the 28th of May. So on Thursday the 30th we brought my husband's 2018 Ford F150 in for his service. The same as with my car. Susan O'Dell let us know what was needed and instead of the pressure from the other Service Advisors we have delt with and not done the survey for. She is the one who we will always ask for. Nice experience, my advisor Ryan was very helpful and informative. I went in for an oil and filter change, tire rotation and fluids exchange. My vehicle was completed while I waited in the customer lounge which was comfortable, the complimentary coffee was delicious.

I expected a hassle to get recall work taken care of but ended up with true customer service! My Expedition was fixed of in my St Pete driveway! Not kept for days at the dealership. All my questions were answered and i was treated me with respect. What a pleasant change from my previous experience with the Ford Dealership near me. I'd be happy to travel to Tampa to have my vehicle maintained if it can't be done in my driveway. I highly recommend you give them a try! I'm glad I did!

Matt was great. The process was easy! In and out! Oil changes and an inspection isn’t quick. I take my truck here for a reason, I want them to look it over! They do! But it’s not a quick thing. I want the person looking at my truck to take their time and make sure they see everything! When I hook up to my 27,000lb RV. I want peace of mind knowing it was looked over!

Susan is exceptional. Although I reside in St. Petersburg, my workplace is located near the dealership, which serves as the primary service center for my Ford vehicle. Despite living within two miles of an AutoNation Ford, their service department does not meet the same high standards.

replaced my crankshaft position sensor on my 2013 mustang gt and then took my car to veterans ford to have them re-learn the sensor to my vehicle. i paid right around $380 for this service which is pricey but seems fair. additionally i was told it would be 2 hours for this service but got my car back in less than an hour which was a nice bonus. ryan took care of me and was very helpful, super cool dude.

My apartment was at 2pm. I got there at 1pm. Pulled up one of the Service providers. Open me door. Felt Llike VIP. All went well from there. Shutter to my place and back to the dealership. With my ford points and the wonderful discount the great employee Service employee who is helping me five stars. Bill came up 1/2 of the I originally price.

I found the used vehicle that I had been searching for at Veterans Ford. I set an appointment to view it, I was called to confirm the appointment ahead of time, which was great follow-up. Salesperson Jalen was fantastic throughout the process. Very professional and straightforward. Kim in finance was a gem as well. I highly recommend Jalen and if you want a salesperson who will make purchasing a vehicle easy without any back and forth stressful negotiations that I’ve experienced before while purchasing a vehicle, ask for him! Oh, and thank you Blake for putting my license plate on, I appreciate you. One more thing…detail department is on point here. They got my older car looking like new for delivery!! Top notch!

Blake, my salesman has been great. I came in on Monday and closed my deal the same day. No hard sales tactics. While I couldn’t pick up my new truck the same day, because I opted for some additional extras, I was told they would prioritize my truck and have it ready for pick up the following Monday.

Called Veterans for a service on a 2020 Ranger we had just purchased from another dealership the day prior. The alternator was shot. Joseph at Veterans ran a full diagnostic on the truck to see if there was any more surprises. He found none thank goodness. He got the repair completed and even worked with the “other dealership” with getting those repairs paid. What was a super stressful situation was made much easier by having them do all the work. I use Veterans for all my vehicles services because they never disappoint!!

Just got a 2018 Kia Soul Plus. Andro provided magnificent customer service. He was able to answer all my questions and provided detailed explanations. He is bilingual, so he was able to help me in both English and Spanish. Roberto oversaw everything and was very nice. Doing an update review!! Five years ago, I posted a review stating how tremendous Veterans Ford was. Aaron and Lorenzo helped me into a 2019 Ford edge at that time. Five years past and I stupidly went somewhere else to get a car when I should’ve went back to veterans. My husband and I recently came back, as he has been a customer for years. Chris and Mark were absolutely amazing. They were so patient with us and Mark even spoiled my kids with a few toys to keep them busy. They made my dreams of driving an Expedition come true and as always, made the process extremely easy. Let’s not forget Darrell! This was one of the best car buying experiences. The laid back atmosphere and friendly but not pushy salespeople really made for a great impression. They listened, were flexible and addressed issues quickly and without and pushback. Patrick the salesperson was very easy going and made the process very quick. Shane was the best salesman I have ever had. He was knowledgeable but not pushy in anyway. Walked in and in a couple hours left with a brand new truck! Matt Magnusson was extremely courteous and professional. I came to Matt with a list of issues that needed to have rectified with my new 2024 Ford F-150 he assisted me in fixing all of the issues but one. The appointment from beginning to end was painless and he treated me like a family. The one issue that could not be fixed however he was completely out of his control even though he did everything he could to try and have it taken care of.
