Susan O'Dell was our adviser She was the best yet at Veterans Ford. She let us know what I needed for my 2020 Ford Edge which was Tires which we chose to get somewhere else and there was no pressure from her which most others do so that was most appreciated. That was on Tuesday the 28th of May. So on Thursday the 30th we brought my husband's 2018 Ford F150 in for his service. The same as with my car. Susan O'Dell let us know what was needed and instead of the pressure from the other Service Advisors we have delt with and not done the survey for. She is the one who we will always ask for. Nice experience, my advisor Ryan was very helpful and informative. I went in for an oil and filter change, tire rotation and fluids exchange. My vehicle was completed while I waited in the customer lounge which was comfortable, the complimentary coffee was delicious.

I expected a hassle to get recall work taken care of but ended up with true customer service! My Expedition was fixed of in my St Pete driveway! Not kept for days at the dealership. All my questions were answered and i was treated me with respect. What a pleasant change from my previous experience with the Ford Dealership near me. I'd be happy to travel to Tampa to have my vehicle maintained if it can't be done in my driveway. I highly recommend you give them a try! I'm glad I did!

Matt was great. The process was easy! In and out! Oil changes and an inspection isn’t quick. I take my truck here for a reason, I want them to look it over! They do! But it’s not a quick thing. I want the person looking at my truck to take their time and make sure they see everything! When I hook up to my 27,000lb RV. I want peace of mind knowing it was looked over!

Susan is exceptional. Although I reside in St. Petersburg, my workplace is located near the dealership, which serves as the primary service center for my Ford vehicle. Despite living within two miles of an AutoNation Ford, their service department does not meet the same high standards.

replaced my crankshaft position sensor on my 2013 mustang gt and then took my car to veterans ford to have them re-learn the sensor to my vehicle. i paid right around $380 for this service which is pricey but seems fair. additionally i was told it would be 2 hours for this service but got my car back in less than an hour which was a nice bonus. ryan took care of me and was very helpful, super cool dude.

My apartment was at 2pm. I got there at 1pm. Pulled up one of the Service providers. Open me door. Felt Llike VIP. All went well from there. Shutter to my place and back to the dealership. With my ford points and the wonderful discount the great employee Service employee who is helping me five stars. Bill came up 1/2 of the I originally price.

Just took delivery of my 2022 Maverick with Veterans Ford. Ordering process was great. The obvious parts and waiting was grueling as this was my first new vehicle but ~200 miles in and I am enjoying the ride immensely. Aldair was helpful and gave me terrific customer service and support. I also want to shout out Freddy and Matt in service for A+ attitude and customer service in the service department. I am happy to have my my order with Veterans Ford and also proud to have service done with them as well. Just about every person I interacted with left me with a good feeling about the process and I would recommend. Sales and service heck of a job. Take your business here and feel appreciated.

Very satisfied with my expierence at Veterans Ford. It started with an online search for a Ford Maverick, then received a text and phone contact from Chris Elmer of Veterans Ford. After discussing what exactly I was looking for and the price range he was able to come up with a vehicle for me to come to the dealership to check it out. He worked out a deal that we were both happy with and I am now the proud owner of a 2025 Ford Maverick. Chris was very helpful in making sure I found the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Needed a new truck, looked around for a month, made a list, and went to each dealer to see what one I was gonna walk out with. This was last on my list because it was priced higher than the other two on the website but when I actually went into the dealership, I found that the out the door price, after taxes and dealership fees, was less than the other two that were priced 2k lower. During finance talks, I shared the percentage that I’ve been pre-approved for, they said they can probably find better rates since I had a high down payment. They beat my rate by ~5% saving me thousands of dollars over the life of the loan. The sales folks have been taking my calls and helping me with the trucks even after the sale. I say it’s worth at least visiting the dealership and seeing what they can do for you.

Service writer Joseph was nice and helpful. I did have some frustration with wait time as I scheduled a week in advance for a quick oil change and tire rotation while I waited. Appt was for 7:30 a.m. but vehicle didn’t even get onto rack until 9:10 and completion was 9:45. Although 2 hrs and 15 min doesn’t seem like a long time, it was certainly more than expected and most writers in the service area seemed very cavalier about it when I asked the question about priority for appts as apposed to walk ins.. Either way, service was accomplished as promised and I was on my way.

The entire team was helpful and friendly. Salesman Blake Willmore was very knowledgeable about the trucks we looked at and did a great job of showing us several trucks until we found the one we wanted. I traded in our Honda Pilot on the F150 and was happy with the deal we got. We had a good experience and recommend going to Veterans Ford if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

I cant say enough good things about Joseph in the service department here. He was my advisor from start to finish. Even during the holidays, he was all over my repair. Responsive, helpful, went above and beyond multiple times on my new Raptor that had an issue that wasn't even purchased here. Ford in general earned my loyalty with a representative from corporate named Joel that assisted in getting parts expedited so I could get my truck back, and Veterans outdid any dealer I've ever dealt with because of Joseph and the tech that worked on my truck. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
