Dustin was great! A new fresh staff there. Super helpful. My previous consultant, Josh, moved up in the ranks. Love that about Ford. Dustin was trained under him so I knew I was in good hands. Great communication. My car is running wonderfully! Get those extended warranties!!!

I filled my 2020 Escape and exited the gas station. Pulled up to put my card away and the vehicle stalled and wouldn't restart. After several minutes, it restarted and I went straight to Veterans Ford. Dustin, my Service advisor saw the problem and got it back for diagnostic evaluation. I trust Veterans Ford and will recommend others to use them for their vehicle needs. Thank you Dustin for keeping me informed.

Amazing experience with Service Advisor, Dustin Davis. I arrived at 12 noon. He got my truck in and checked - found the issue and located the needed part.. My truck was ready for pick up by 5 pm the same day! Kudos to Dustin! You’re an asset to Veteran’s Ford!

Fast, friendly service. I arrived for my appointment a few minutes early and was immediately assigned a service rep. Dustin (I think was his name) was very friendly and attentive to my requests and made sure he understood exactly what work I was requesting. He and another rep provided some great guidance regarding questions I had about a specific issue. Dustin was able to provide me with an estimate for the service requested and offered a 15% discount since I'm a veteran. The vehicle receiving area was very large and accommodating and the service office was well staffed and very clean. I did not wait on the vehicle, so I can't rate the waiting area. The communication was great as I was informed each time my vehicle moved to a different stage of service. The service was completed more quickly than estimated and I had no issues with the checkout/payment process and pick up. The individual that processed the paperwork was very friendly and competed everything in a timely manner (no long waits). Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received today. I highly recommend Veterans Ford!
