Very nice car repair guy - got the job done fast and efficient!

My service representative Max Madsen was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the issues I was having . Max kept me well informed and provided timely status updates. He was prepared with the paperwork involved and made it seamless in picking up my Truck . Customer service was on point as he took time to show me the process for doing software updates and why there was a glitch initially. Only issue would be the turn around time for the trailer module and the 6 days my truck sat in the shop. Corporate approval for service on a truck that has a verified Premium Extended Warranty. Seems to be one of reasons for slow turnaround.

Recently purchased a F350 Lariat from Veterans Ford. They made the whole process an enjoyable experience. My sales rep Jaylen was awesome. He answered all my questions and was very professional and friendly. I would recommend Veterans Ford for you next car or truck purchase.

My service advisor Mike was fantastic. I needed a vehicle inspection due to recommendations from another mechanic. After discussing the results of the inspection with me I believed his advice was honest on what needed to be done and what didn’t at this time. He is a great asset to your company

***UPDATE 3*** in the last year, we have bought 3 cars from Veterans Ford. I said it in my last update that Veterans Ford will get all my future business and they have. Traded in a 2024 Ecoboost Mustang for a 2024 Mach E. They made it happen. Love the new car. ***UPDATE 2*** 5 months later I returned to upgrade my minivan for a 2021 F150. They made it happen! Tim, my salesman was awesome! No pressure sales technique goes along way. Roberto, one of the sales-managers made finance happen! I truly couldn't be any happier! I'll definitely be giving Veterans Ford all my future car buying business! ****UPDATE**** Bought a car from Fred. Great guy. The entire sales team was not pushy. Rare to find in a car buying setting. I appreciateed that so much. Fast friendly service. Like always.

Had a recent issue with a tire & expected to buy a new replacement tire. Mike in service took care of it & discovered all I needed was a patch on the tire! It was taken care of quickly & as always, I appreciate the great service from Travis & his team. Thanks!

Highly recommend Veterans Ford! We have purchased 6 vehicles from Veterans and all have been great transactions. When our local Ford dealer was miserable to work with, we called Lorenzo. We purchased a new escape from them out of state and it was just a smooth as when we lived in Florida.

Veterans always takes care of me. They took care of the nail in my tire today and I didn’t have to wait very long.
