Veterans ford is one of the best buying experiences I've ever had, twice. They are not pushy, the salesman Brian asked what i wanted or was looking for, he didn't try to sell me something other than what I was looking for. And once you're done you're in and out in no time at all, the best part was the price. I went to bill currie and brandon ford and neither of them could or just wouldn't come close to the price I was quoted at Veterans.

This visit was just regular maintenance. And they always give my truck a once over. My service advisor, Ryan, is excellent. I like that he keeps me updated in person and not just a text from the system. I drive past three Ford dealerships to get to Veterans Ford and it's definitely worth it. Trustworthy diesel mechanics and great customer service.

Shane was the best salesman I have ever had. He was knowledgeable but not pushy in anyway. Walked in and in a couple hours left with a brand new truck! Their mobile service is great. They called me to schedule it and came to my house to apply a software update for my car. The technician was very friendly, explained what he was doing and completely the job promptly. Very minimal time on my part and extremely convenient.

Veterans Ford always have been very attentive to the client needs and quick to solve my requests. Fortunately only have visited them for regular maintenance and a few recalls. This business is located a block from the Upper Tampa Bay Trail so it is alway nice to drop off the truck and go for a bike ride or walk while they work on it.

Always a great experience with Veterans Ford mobile unit. They were on time, in fact they were a little bit early, but they did communicate with me before they came. They were very efficient and extremely nice. I can't say enough good things about the mobile unit.

I drive 30 minutes to Veterans Ford vs a closer dealer due to their great service. Extended warranty claim was submitted with no issues and transmission fix was completed within a few days.

Great experience buying my truck at Veterans Ford. Bryan Silverstone answered all my questions during my test drive, worked within my budget, and he provided me better communication than I could have asked for. Bryan made it super easy to walk in and walk out with a new truck. Along side with his finance partner Jason Hunter these two knocked it out of the park. Would highly recommend both of these two guys if you’re making a trip to Veterans Ford in Tampa.

My truck went in for transmission repairs. They completed the job on time as promised and arranged a rental car for me while it was getting repaired.

I hate car shopping! That's the truth, but Veteran's Ford took away the frustration of buying a new truck. They didn't try to talk me out of buying the truck we initially went to test drive. It wasn't what we needed and so Tony stepped up and helped us search the inventory for the truck that met our parameters. He took us for a test drive and he is quite knowledgeable about Ford trucks. Mark, the new car director, helped work out all the offer details and financing terms that we could live with. Jonathan made sure everything was finalized and gave us time to think and look to be sure the truck would fit our needs. Jason finalized all the paperwork (he's also a Michigan fan - #GoBlue). All in all, we left the dealership with a new truck that wasn't overboard, but still big enough for what we needed. This was the most pleasant vehicle purchases I have ever made. I highly recommend checking out Veteran's Ford. A huge thank you for the great service I received on my F-150 transmission warranty work!! I was kept well informed and updated, and it was finished in record time! I am so glad we went out our way to find Veteran's Ford! It is well worth the drive from Zephyrhills! Having an on going problem is always a headache. Veterans Ford researched the issues and correct the problem. George kept me posted and updated as the had to have the vehicle a little longer. Bought my new car there. Have always taken my vehicle there for service and I am always happy when I leave. They are always very friendly and professional. Usually no waiting time. And the car is ready pretty close to when I was told upon checking in. First time that I tried the mobile service at home. It was great. They did an oil change, tire rotation and top-off of any other fluids requiring it. I didn't have to wait. And it didn't take him very long. Plus, I had a coupon for the service and the mobile service honored it. I am so pleased for using the mobile service. I will probably continue to use the mobile service as long as I have my Escape.

Great service and communication about what was being done with my truck

I brought my 2024 Ford F150 Tremor for a routine oil change and some help re-attaching the skid plate. Service writer, Ryan, was courteous and professional. He gave me an accurate estimate of the time it would take to complete the service and kept me updated along the way. I’ve had poor service writers. Polite, nice people make a difference. I’ll certainly come back again for my next service.

Wonderful customer service! Ive been having a lot of trouble trying to purchase the vehicle i wanted because I live in alabama and had to go through my bank but let me tell you. THIS PLACE WILL MAKE IT WORK, Bryan the sales guy and Jason from the finance department will work with you!! Trust me. They will jump all kinds of hurdles to make it work and have incredible patience. I had a lot of anxiety that I wasnt going to be able to get the car I wanted but Bryan was great about assuring me that they were going to get the job done. Seriously, being someone who could only get approved through their bank and being out of state is a tough process and lots of places in Florida will refuse what an alabama bank will require due to many differences but these guys worked hard to make it happen and wanted till right at closing to get me settled. Also the building is really awesome!
