Service Agent was excellent, service was explained and completed in time

This was my first time at Veterans Ford and my first time purchasing a car by myself. Josh and Jason were so friendly and made the whole process smooth and easy! I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted! If you’re looking for somewhere to buy a new/used car, I recommend Veterans Ford!

Great experience! From the time I received a phone call from Patrick, my sales representative to taking with Matt in service, all was great. Each cared about me and making sure I was being getting either the facts or dare I needed.

Great experience from start to finish. Patrick Borders was an amazing salesperson. He took care of the financing online and got us the car we wanted brought to the dealership by the next day. We would definitely use Veterans Ford again for our next car purchase.

One of best experiences at a dealership wasn’t stressful no pressure they were extremely honest and helpful to try to get you best interest rate which beat navy federal by miles and overall great managers and sales people made getting a new car simple

Hairo helped me out amazingly. I was on vacation and heading home, but car broke down. I told him the situation and he said he would see what they could do to get it fixed asap. Within 24 hours I had my keys back in my hands and was on the road. Thanks man.

Just had my Ford Explorer serviced and my service advisor was a gentleman named Warren. He was very helpful in explaining everything that was going to be accomplished on my car. The service was quick and I was gone in about an hour and a half. I have been buying cars from Veterans for several years and always have great service!

Highly recommend Veterans Ford! We have purchased 6 vehicles from Veterans and all have been great transactions. When our local Ford dealer was miserable to work with, we called Lorenzo. We purchased a new escape from them out of state and it was just a smooth as when we lived in Florida.
