Best buying experience I've ever had at a dealer.

I bought a new Ford F-150 this week and I worked with Shane Dempsey as my Salesman. I was most impressed with Shane's knowledge and service management. In addition the entire Veteran's dealership was low pressure and customer focused. They are open to negotiation so do your homework. I think you will be surprised. I highly recommend Shane, so look him up!!

I had a remarkable experience with my service writer, Matt. I must say, he truly exceeded my expectations by going the extra mile. He even took the initiative to contact me on his personal cell phone after he was off from work, just to keep me informed about the progress of my vehicle. What's more, he didn't neglect to keep us updated on my girlfriend's car, which was also being serviced at the same time. In my opinion, this level of customer service is exceptional and not something you would typically encounter at a car dealership. The team at Veterans should be commended for their unwavering commitment to providing such exceptional service. Well done!

Just had my Ford Explorer serviced and my service advisor was a gentleman named Warren. He was very helpful in explaining everything that was going to be accomplished on my car. The service was quick and I was gone in about an hour and a half. I have been buying cars from Veterans for several years and always have great service!

Highly recommend Veterans Ford! We have purchased 6 vehicles from Veterans and all have been great transactions. When our local Ford dealer was miserable to work with, we called Lorenzo. We purchased a new escape from them out of state and it was just a smooth as when we lived in Florida.

Veterans always takes care of me. They took care of the nail in my tire today and I didn’t have to wait very long.
