I took my 2016 Ford Escape to Veterans Ford for an oil change. My service representative was Trey and he was very helpful. He kept me updated on each step that was completed on my car and I would definitely recommend him and Veterans Ford for any future car needs you may have in the future.

It’s been 3 months since I bought this CPO Mustang Mach-E GT from Veterans Ford. I sent it in for the 20K mile service, and told them my concern with a speaker. They resolved the problem and performed routine service quickly. Trey was helpful as usual and I really appreciate the attention to detail. I’m a happy customer, thank you!!

I reached out to Veterans Ford for a mobile oil change, but after Adam checked my vehicle, he told me it wasn’t time yet. Instead of just doing the service anyway, he inspected all my fluids, made sure everything looked good, and gave me helpful advice on when the next oil change should be. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism—it’s rare to find someone who puts the customer’s best interest first. I’ll definitely be calling Veterans Ford again when it’s time for the service. PS the service at Veterans is such a breath of fresh air compared to Parks Ford.

First I wanna say I had a horrible experience at BRANDON FORD. 2ND. ( Veterans Ford Changed that completely. ) They really made me feel like they cared and like I was family there. I dealt with Patrick he was really great. Took his time and showed me everything about the Ford Bronco I was buying and answered all my concerns and questions he had a lot of patience with me which I was really grateful for. I’m really Glad I didn’t let my bad experience at Brandon Ford ruin me going to a different Ford dealership. I RECOMMEND VETERANS FORD if you wanna be treated LIKE FAMILY. Not just a wallet. Absolutely best service i could receive! I called several other dealers about my recall and they all blew me off. I called Veterans and spoke with Ryan and he got me in the next morning no questions asked and when I arrived he got me checked in and my vehicle going quickly, he made sure I was updated the entire time and made sure my vehicle was completed in the appropriate time frame I was given. By far the best service and customer service I’ve received from ford or their employees in a long while. Thank you again Ryan for your A1 service see you again soon for more service needs.

Internet experience started a great day; after hours AI confirmed the White 2026 Escape still available, followed by permission to view short clip with General Mgr name and phone. Now that is the Made in Detroit Way! No BS that u get with presumptuous Chevy dealerships near campus. Followed up with extremely nice staff A-Z. I am doing an injustice by not naming all of them. Tay, Trey (Service), Darrell, the OH Dude, and the other mid-westener Rock Detriot-Style. I just might buy another Ford Vehicle from Veterans Ford Tampa. Lastly, Veteran’s Ford Tampa honored me as a Nephew to Uncle Mike who worked for Fords in the D, voluntarily joined the Navy, then went back to Ford in Detroit and retired with time served during Navy Tour. I went in for my first 5k maintenance service. Ryan S. was my service rep and was personable, very communicative, and friendly. Ryan said it was probably going to take an hour 45 to complete but he got me out of there in an hour 30, which I much appreciate. Ford offers to pickup and drop off your vehicle, free of charge, for any maintenance so I will definitely be utilizing that perk for my next service. Everything went smoothly, they weren’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need, and they completed everything in sufficient time.

I love the service guy that helped me. But my sunroof is still not fixed. They told me it is a different problem. I feel the first problem caused the second problem. I will admit it is frustrating because now I have to deal with another issue and this is all out of pocket expenses

THIS IS A NEGATIVE REVIEW. If I put one star it would not be listed first. Stay away from their service department. I took my 2015 Edge last year and they told me it was not worth repairing. They gave us $500 to trade it in for a used car that we purchased there. A year later and we are having issues with the used car we purchased at Veterans. I was able to get a hold of my 2015 Ford Edge Car Fax Report and was able to see that it was sold and it still going strong. I wish I would have gotten a second opinion. I probably could have fixed my old vehicle and not get stuck with a 10-year-old used car that we are still paying for and needing several repairs. It's not right and something needs to be done about all these lying mechanics and shops.

I recently brought in my Bronco for 2 recalls including rear view camera replacement and software update. I was told the parts were in fact in and schedules the appt. I came there only to be told the recall does. It impact the 2022 Ford Bronco- yet the Ford website says it does as does NHTA when checking my vin. Please advise what is going on with this and provide proof the recall does not impact my vehicle.

Had my 10 K service done on my 2025 Mustang that I bought at Veterans Ford. The Ford app prompted me for the service and made it so easy to schedule a service appointment for 2 days later. Didn’t have to make phone call and go through phone menus. When I arrived, Ryan S. was there and ready to get me checked in. He gave an accurate estimate and said it should only take an hour to complete. He was great. I was on my way super quick. Outstanding service!

****August 2025 Update**** This is a service Department Update. I finally got a service advisor who was on his A Game and not only kept me informed of the safety campaign that my vehicle had and went ahead and ordered the parts and even hooked me up with a Rental Car for 24 hours. He gave me is business card and I told him He will be my Go to Service Advisor from now on as he not only showed me excellent customer service but is very Professional and will keep his customers informed on their vehicle repairs. well Done Veterans Ford Service Department ***October 2024 Update #2**** The car was overdue for a checkup and the next oil Change was coming soon. So I booked a 8:30am appointment (Arrived a little after 8 and by 8:45 my service advisor came up to me and told me they were almost done but they didn't have a filter in stock and had to go get it. So what should have been about a 1.5 to 2 hours turned into a 3.5 hour wait again. Once I was finished with service I went and talked to the Dealership owner and explained to him what's keeps happening so then he went and got the service Mgr and I explained to him everything and that I would Never buy another ford vehicle in the future from here as the service department keeps failing. The service manager gave a discount off the bill due to the lack of communication again as well as gave me his business card and told me the next time I make an appointment to let him know and he would handle me personally. With the Poor customer service in the service department I still won't buy another vehicle from this Dealership again. ********************************************* **2024 Update #1** I always make an appointment coming in for any type of service and this time the service department performed excellent and it only took about an hour and a half. 2023 Review Below The sales department back in 2020 was Great. The Service department is the worst I have ever experienced which is why I gave it only 1 star previously.

After wasting two hours at another dealership, I stopped at Veterans Ford before giving up on finding a used F-150 for the day. Despite the rain, Sebastian greeted me right away and walked the lot with me. He was extremely helpful in finding a truck that fit both my budget and specific needs. After a little negotiation, we made a deal on a great one-owner truck with a warranty, and so far, I couldn’t be happier with it!

Josh provided excellent service during my recent visit. He efficiently checked me in and clearly communicated the estimated wait time, which turned out to be remarkably accurate. He took the time to thoroughly explain the work that would be done on my vehicle, clearly outlining what was covered under warranty and what I would be responsible for. Additionally, he offered the convenience of the dealership’s shuttle service, ensuring I didn’t have to wait on-site if I preferred not to. I’m happy to share that my husband has traded and bought yet another vehicle with Veterans Ford. I can’t say enough about how Lorenzo Pena and his team, Steve, the Parts manager and Patrick, the Internet sales manager work together as a team to make our purchase simple as always. My husband can be difficult to work with as he goes through analysis paralysis on any purchase. Lorenzo and his team were patient and diligent. Veterans has been taking care of my 2014 Fusion hybrid since I purchased it new. The car has been trouble free so the only service she has needed have been oil changes and check ups. And a couple Ford recalls. All have been handled with efficiency. Car is returned clean and ready to go. I usually call in advance to make service appointments and I’m in and out very quickly. Just before Thanksgiving I waited a little too long to call for an oil change. I explained I had a long drive to make for the holidays and Veterans got me in and out in less than an hour - despite being very busy that day.
