I recently purchased 2 vehicles from Veterans Ford and both times I had the opportunity to work with Patrick Borders & Jason Modugno. It was a great experience working with these 2 gentlemen both times. They are very personable; they keept us laughing and they are very informative and easy to work with. I worked with Hektor at Veterans Ford in Clearwater to purchase a 2019 Ford Expedition Max in April, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Hektor was straightforward, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. The vehicle was in great condition and matched expectations. Had some issues with my transmission. Matt at Veterans Ford helped me get the vehicle in immediately. He did a great job keeping me informed along the way. Couple days later truck was fixed, warranty honored without hesitation and I’m on the road again.

I brought my Mach E in for some recalls and had a great experience. My service advisor, Ryan, was easy to get ahold of and kept me updated on the progress. The shuttle service saved me a lot of time, and the repairs were completed before the end of the day. A very efficient service operation - I’ll be back when any needs arise in the future.

Susan O'Dell was our adviser She was the best yet at Veterans Ford. She let us know what I needed for my 2020 Ford Edge which was Tires which we chose to get somewhere else and there was no pressure from her which most others do so that was most appreciated. That was on Tuesday the 28th of May. So on Thursday the 30th we brought my husband's 2018 Ford F150 in for his service. The same as with my car. Susan O'Dell let us know what was needed and instead of the pressure from the other Service Advisors we have delt with and not done the survey for. She is the one who we will always ask for. Nice experience, my advisor Ryan was very helpful and informative. I went in for an oil and filter change, tire rotation and fluids exchange. My vehicle was completed while I waited in the customer lounge which was comfortable, the complimentary coffee was delicious.

I expected a hassle to get recall work taken care of but ended up with true customer service! My Expedition was fixed of in my St Pete driveway! Not kept for days at the dealership. All my questions were answered and i was treated me with respect. What a pleasant change from my previous experience with the Ford Dealership near me. I'd be happy to travel to Tampa to have my vehicle maintained if it can't be done in my driveway. I highly recommend you give them a try! I'm glad I did!

Matt was great. The process was easy! In and out! Oil changes and an inspection isn’t quick. I take my truck here for a reason, I want them to look it over! They do! But it’s not a quick thing. I want the person looking at my truck to take their time and make sure they see everything! When I hook up to my 27,000lb RV. I want peace of mind knowing it was looked over!

Susan is exceptional. Although I reside in St. Petersburg, my workplace is located near the dealership, which serves as the primary service center for my Ford vehicle. Despite living within two miles of an AutoNation Ford, their service department does not meet the same high standards.

replaced my crankshaft position sensor on my 2013 mustang gt and then took my car to veterans ford to have them re-learn the sensor to my vehicle. i paid right around $380 for this service which is pricey but seems fair. additionally i was told it would be 2 hours for this service but got my car back in less than an hour which was a nice bonus. ryan took care of me and was very helpful, super cool dude.

Found a vehicle that I liked online and came into the dealership to test drive. The staff were friendly and were more than happy to get me behind the wheel. Mariana was an excellent saleswoman and didn't try to upsell me on services or another vehicle. The next day I came in and bought a used Genesis. At no time did I feel pressured for the sale and I would recommend others to shop here.

My husband and I are mostly full time RVers and we travel frequently. We went in for our bi-annual oil change for our 2022 Bronco. Due to our lifestyle, we usually look for a Ford dealership close to where we are at the time. It was our first time visiting this Ford location. To our surprise, our vehicle had an outstanding safety recall that we knew nothing about. Even though the recall was a few years old, this was the first dealership that had brought it to our attention! Great job at paying attention to detail and doing a complete job! I love FORDS! I have owned a Ford Ranger, a Ford Escape and now I am the proud owner of a Ford Explorer. It is gorgeous! All the bells and whistles I needed! It is blue Certified! Warrantied to 100,000. I could go on an on! I feel safe! Best of all it pulls my food trailer! Had a tow package that pulls 5600 lbs included. I couldn’t be happier! Ok.. plus, it’s a sexy, super comfortable & like I said, a SAFE SUV for what I pull!!!! Thank you Tim, Roberto, Jason and especially to Lorenzo for allowing me to stay with FORD! I had a bad experience about 6 years ago. Sales Rep didn’t want to take the time to go over numbers. So I’ve dreaded going there but they had a car I really wanted so I figured I’d give them another shot. Blake was AWESOME. Super patient, took the time to answer all my questions, really worked with us. We were in and out pretty quick too.
