First I wanna say I had a horrible experience at BRANDON FORD. 2ND. ( Veterans Ford Changed that completely. ) They really made me feel like they cared and like I was family there. I dealt with Patrick he was really great. Took his time and showed me everything about the Ford Bronco I was buying and answered all my concerns and questions he had a lot of patience with me which I was really grateful for. I’m really Glad I didn’t let my bad experience at Brandon Ford ruin me going to a different Ford dealership. I RECOMMEND VETERANS FORD if you wanna be treated LIKE FAMILY. Not just a wallet. Absolutely best service i could receive! I called several other dealers about my recall and they all blew me off. I called Veterans and spoke with Ryan and he got me in the next morning no questions asked and when I arrived he got me checked in and my vehicle going quickly, he made sure I was updated the entire time and made sure my vehicle was completed in the appropriate time frame I was given. By far the best service and customer service I’ve received from ford or their employees in a long while. Thank you again Ryan for your A1 service see you again soon for more service needs.

Internet experience started a great day; after hours AI confirmed the White 2026 Escape still available, followed by permission to view short clip with General Mgr name and phone. Now that is the Made in Detroit Way! No BS that u get with presumptuous Chevy dealerships near campus. Followed up with extremely nice staff A-Z. I am doing an injustice by not naming all of them. Tay, Trey (Service), Darrell, the OH Dude, and the other mid-westener Rock Detriot-Style. I just might buy another Ford Vehicle from Veterans Ford Tampa. Lastly, Veteran’s Ford Tampa honored me as a Nephew to Uncle Mike who worked for Fords in the D, voluntarily joined the Navy, then went back to Ford in Detroit and retired with time served during Navy Tour. I went in for my first 5k maintenance service. Ryan S. was my service rep and was personable, very communicative, and friendly. Ryan said it was probably going to take an hour 45 to complete but he got me out of there in an hour 30, which I much appreciate. Ford offers to pickup and drop off your vehicle, free of charge, for any maintenance so I will definitely be utilizing that perk for my next service. Everything went smoothly, they weren’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need, and they completed everything in sufficient time.

I love the service guy that helped me. But my sunroof is still not fixed. They told me it is a different problem. I feel the first problem caused the second problem. I will admit it is frustrating because now I have to deal with another issue and this is all out of pocket expenses

I hate car shopping. I truly do. For my “new to me” SUV, there was a long list of must haves including a price point I was comfortable with. After countless hours scouring the internet, I FINALLY found it at Veterans Ford. With financing in place prior to my visit, the last box to be ticked and seal the deal was to know what they would give me for my trade-in. At least four other dealerships saw little to no value in the expensive after market supercharger on my Ford F-150. One salesman told me they couldn’t put the truck on their lot, and it would be sold at auction. It was the exact opposite at Veterans. I had already researched the vehicle of interest (Consumer Reports, KBB, Edmunds, etc.) and knew Veterans list price was a fair one, making it worth the one hour drive from Bradenton. Mariana, my salesperson, was super friendly and Adam, the manager, was THE guy with the after-market knowledge I needed. He offered me $5K more than any other company! Overall, it was a smooth, hassle-free, and pleasant experience with no loud, obnoxious, overhead pages. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, stop in and see the Veterans difference. You’ll be glad you did.

I was quite frantic when I found out that the drag underneath the engine had become unattached as screws fell out the day before. I drove to Veteran's Ford as I needed to have it attached or taken down fearing an accident could occur if it became fully detached. I only had a couple of hours as I had a pulmonology appointment in north Tampa at 3 pm and it was 1pm! Voila! Dustin came through like a champ and screws were ordered and the drag was taken off put in the back of the car! All's well that ends well! Thank you Veteran's and Dustin!

George, my service advisor, provided excellent communication throughout the entire experience. Veteran Ford honored the necessary completion time as my wife was flying back to town with our kids and relies on our Transit for transportation. I called talked to Shawn then drove 1200 miles and picked up truck. Shawn was straight forward worked with me told me the truth and didn’t try to hustle me (( very important to me )) I will recommend him to others!! Finance gentleman was also good to deal with. Best time EVER buying a truck

Great dealership, lots of selection and a no-nonsense approach to sales. Worked with Andro and he was super helpful, he knew a lot about all the truck options and helped me find the right one. I am a woman (of a certain age) that has never bought a car from a dealership before this last weekend. However, I saw the exact vehicle I was looking for recently using the online Carfax website— and at a reasonable price—so I immediately called Veterans Ford to inquire. Alex answered the phone and he was incredible. We worked out a deal all by phone, and he stood by everything he said when I finally made it to Tampa a few days later (I’m in Gainesville). These folks are about as honest and trustworthy as my own father, and that is saying a lot. Darrell did my paperwork and had me in and out (with a thumb drive of all the paperwork) in under an hour. Alex even had put a new tire on the car before I got there when he found a potential issue. Plus even came in on his day off when it was most convenient for me. I really appreciate how I was treated and encourage anyone to use this wonderful business. My first dealership experience?
