John was an excellent salesman. Laid out realistic expectations and was very professional with us. He and the rest of the staff made the experience feel like a breeze. They made our girls comfortable and this was the quickest I have ever bought a vehicle at any dealer. It usually takes all day from start to finish. They had us test drive the vehicle we wanted as soon as we got there, paperwork was quick, and they had the car detailed and filled way before any paperwork was done. The whole process was less than 4hours. Would definitely recommend them and come back.

Hands down, the absolute best car buying experience I have ever experienced. From start to finish there was no pressure and my salesperson, Ethan Clothier was super friendly, responsive, and helpful. He actually listened to what I needed and got it for me. Mark the sales manager was fantastic and made sure to check in to ensure the process was going smoothly. I have been here twice now! Every time has been nothing short of excellent! Last year I purchased a mustang with Lorenzo who has honest, straight forward and no hassling what so ever. Amazing experience! This 2nd time I was upside down on a trade in and reached out to Lorenzo who had to hand me off to Anthony “Tony”. Let me just say Tony’s customer service and white glove approach went above and beyond my 2nd time here. This has been my first only experience where a dealership was honest, up front and offered a smooth, quick experience!!! I will only go to veterans ford for any vehicle from now on and forever! I live in st pete Clearwater area I have called auto nation and walkers ford this is the nearest dealer to me they refuse to let me use the points I have on my ford account for my nissan but when I called veterans ford they welcomed me and set me up in no time they changed my tire where I didn’t have to pay much I only paid $300 from $1100 and the rest was from the point I have overall it was a great experience thank you joseoh you are the best

First I wanna say I had a horrible experience at BRANDON FORD. 2ND. ( Veterans Ford Changed that completely. ) They really made me feel like they cared and like I was family there. I dealt with Patrick he was really great. Absolutely best service i could receive! I called several other dealers about my recall and they all blew me off. I called Veterans and spoke with Ryan and he got me in the next morning no questions asked and when I arrived he got me checked in and my vehicle going quickly, he made sure I was updated the entire time and made sure my vehicle was completed in the appropriate time frame I was given. Internet experience started a great day; after hours AI confirmed the White 2026 Escape still available, followed by permission to view short clip with General Mgr name and phone. Now that is the Made in Detroit Way! No BS that u get with presumptuous Chevy dealerships near campus. Followed up with extremely nice staff A-Z. I am doing an injustice by not naming all of them. Tay, Trey (Service), Darrell, the OH Dude, and the other mid-westener Rock Detriot-Style. I just might buy another Ford Vehicle from Veterans Ford Tampa. Lastly, Veteran’s Ford Tampa honored me as a Nephew to Uncle Mike who worked for Fords in the D, voluntarily joined the Navy, then went back to Ford in Detroit and retired with time served during Navy Tour. Veterans Ford has been my go to for auto repairs last 2 years . They luckily honor the extended warranty co. I have & are patient enough dealing with getting approvals , inspections & parts shipped . I'm very pleased with the service technicians always being so helpful

I went in for my first 5k maintenance service. Ryan S. was my service rep and was personable, very communicative, and friendly. Ryan said it was probably going to take an hour 45 to complete but he got me out of there in an hour 30, which I much appreciate. Ford offers to pickup and drop off your vehicle, free of charge, for any maintenance so I will definitely be utilizing that perk for my next service. Everything went smoothly, they weren’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need, and they completed everything in sufficient time.

I love the service guy that helped me. But my sunroof is still not fixed. They told me it is a different problem. I feel the first problem caused the second problem. I will admit it is frustrating because now I have to deal with another issue and this is all out of pocket expenses
