It’s like they couldn’t bear to look at my face! I rolled in at 1:30 PM, and TWO FREAKING HOURS LATER, I drove off in my brand-new Mustang GT! Like, seriously, Jesus Christ! My husband and I are mostly full time RVers and we travel frequently. We went in for our bi-annual oil change for our 2022 Bronco. Due to our lifestyle, we usually look for a Ford dealership close to where we are at the time. It was our first time visiting this Ford location. To our surprise, our vehicle had an outstanding safety recall that we knew nothing about. Even though the recall was a few years old, this was the first dealership that had brought it to our attention! Great job at paying attention to detail and doing a complete job! We really appreciated the extra care that you took!

I love FORDS! I have owned a Ford Ranger, a Ford Escape and now I am the proud owner of a Ford Explorer. It is gorgeous! All the bells and whistles I needed! It is blue Certified! Warrantied to 100,000. I could go on an on! I feel safe! Best of all it pulls my food trailer! Had a tow package that pulls 5600 lbs included. I couldn’t be happier! Ok.. plus, it’s a sexy, super comfortable & like I said, a SAFE SUV for what I pull!!!! Thank you Tim, Roberto, Jason and especially to Lorenzo for allowing me to stay with FORD! You guys made it happen!!! You are the best in the business!!! Thank you!!!

I had a bad experience about 6 years ago. Sales Rep didn’t want to take the time to go over numbers. So I’ve dreaded going there but they had a car I really wanted so I figured I’d give them another shot. Blake was AWESOME. Super patient, took the time to answer all my questions, really worked with us. We were in and out pretty quick too.

Travis, the service manager, was extremely helpful—he got me in on short notice and had my truck in and out quickly without disrupting my schedule. Matt, who handled my check-in, was also great. When the Ford system was down, he found another way to retrieve the recall code. I’d highly recommend Veterans Ford for service and will be bringing my truck back in the future.

I saw the truck on CarGurus. Just got traded in. The salesman that answer the phone was Shane. He was really good to deal with. I was impressed with the way he did the sale without being pushy in any way. They had it priced perfectly. They hadn't detailed the truck and they were doing some maintenance on it, so I put a deposit on it and came back on Saturday and it was ready to go. Happy with the experience.

Excellent experience. Made service appointment for completion of recall notice, to perform 50,000 service and to fix annoying rattle in rear of car. Also rented car at on site Enterprise office. All work accomplished by mid afternoon. Picked up car and left rental keys with service advisor Max. Very efficient. In contrast, had made appointment at Ford dealer near my home in St Petersburg only to be told on arrival on Thursday morning that since I was dropping the car off “at the end of the week” it “probably” would not be finished until the following week. I will certainly be back to Veterans Ford.

I found the used vehicle that I had been searching for at Veterans Ford. I set an appointment to view it, I was called to confirm the appointment ahead of time, which was great follow-up. Salesperson Jalen was fantastic throughout the process. Very professional and straightforward. Kim in finance was a gem as well. I highly recommend Jalen and if you want a salesperson who will make purchasing a vehicle easy without any back and forth stressful negotiations that I’ve experienced before while purchasing a vehicle, ask for him! Oh, and thank you Blake for putting my license plate on, I appreciate you. One more thing…detail department is on point here. They got my older car looking like new for delivery!! Top notch!

Blake, my salesman has been great. I came in on Monday and closed my deal the same day. No hard sales tactics. While I couldn’t pick up my new truck the same day, because I opted for some additional extras, I was told they would prioritize my truck and have it ready for pick up the following Monday.

Called Veterans for a service on a 2020 Ranger we had just purchased from another dealership the day prior. The alternator was shot. Joseph at Veterans ran a full diagnostic on the truck to see if there was any more surprises. He found none thank goodness. He got the repair completed and even worked with the “other dealership” with getting those repairs paid. What was a super stressful situation was made much easier by having them do all the work. I use Veterans for all my vehicles services because they never disappoint!!

Just got a 2018 Kia Soul Plus. Andro provided magnificent customer service. He was able to answer all my questions and provided detailed explanations. He is bilingual, so he was able to help me in both English and Spanish. Roberto oversaw everything and was very nice. Kim, the financial analyst attended us and she was very sweet and explained everything with patience.

Doing an update review!! Five years ago, I posted a review stating how tremendous Veterans Ford was. Aaron and Lorenzo helped me into a 2019 Ford edge at that time. Five years past and I stupidly went somewhere else to get a car when I should’ve went back to veterans. My husband and I recently came back, as he has been a customer for years. Chris and Mark were absolutely amazing. They were so patient with us and Mark even spoiled my kids with a few toys to keep them busy. They made my dreams of driving an Expedition come true and as always, made the process extremely easy. Let’s not forget Darrell! He was so personable, knowledgeable, and understanding..Thank you Veterans Ford for always taking care of us. I will never steer to another dealership every again!!!

This was one of the best car buying experiences. The laid back atmosphere and friendly but not pushy salespeople really made for a great impression. They listened, were flexible and addressed issues quickly and without and pushback. Patrick the salesperson was very easy going and made the process very quick. I was at 2 other dealerships before I came here and this was a night and day difference as to how they value people and seem very genuine.

Very clean place. The process was quick and easy, and Patrick was a pro. His knowledge of all the software was great and had genuine enthusiasm for what he does. They were honest as well, which is refreshing. He told me what most dealerships were selling my make and model with the particular features it has for and sure enough, when I checked their website about 8 days later I saw my truck for sale in the price range he said.

2020 Mustang with blacked out gauge cluster. Service department fixed gauge cluster as well as a couple of oil leaks, all covered under extended warranty and powertrain warranty. It’s great to have my car fixed and able to drive it again!

One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Believe it or not most of my car buying experience was done via text’s with Shane my salesperson at Veterans Ford. I knew the vehicle i wanted and Shane found it for me. Took a couple of days to get it to the dealership but it was worth the wait. The purchasing process was a fast and easy as I’ve ever experienced. I would recommend Veterans Ford to anyone looking for a ford vehicle. Well I forgot to bring my title with me when trading my truck in. Shane drove the 38miles back to my house to pick up the title saving me the time and inconvenience. Again if you’re looking to buy, look Shane up. Good guy

4/25/2026 Patrick was a straight shooter and got me in and out of there in no time, the finance team was efficient as well NO BS is what I like. Thank you Veteran's Ford. 8/1/26 Matt my service advisor was amazing and took good care of me , he tried to help me figure out a future project I’m planning for my truck unfortunately the parts team only knew what I had found already but they did try to help as much as possible, due to how new my truck is information on aftermarket upgrades is very limited. Matt got me in and out quickly and the recall that I was told I needed actually wasn’t happening on my vehicle so that saved me a lot of time. .

I had a great experience at Veterans Ford. They replaced my rear differential and performed a transmission fluid service, and the entire process was completed much quicker than I expected. The staff was professional, kept me informed throughout the repair, and made everything hassle-free. My truck is running great now, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. I highly recommend asking for Andro if you visit this dealership. I was looking online at a specific car, and Andro was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind in providing me with the information and videos of the vehicle I requested. After careful consideration, I ultimately decided not to purchase the car due to some features I didn’t need, though there was nothing inherently wrong with the vehicle. Despite that, Andro was very understanding, and at no point during our conversations did I feel pressured to make a purchase. He provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Overall, my experience with him was a refreshing change from the stressful car-buying experience people often expect. If I decide to buy a car from this dealership in the future, Andro will be the first person I contact.

I was quite frantic when I found out that the drag underneath the engine had become unattached as screws fell out the day before. I drove to Veteran's Ford as I needed to have it attached or taken down fearing an accident could occur if it became fully detached. I only had a couple of hours as I had a pulmonology appointment in north Tampa at 3 pm and it was 1pm! Voila! Dustin came through like a champ and screws were ordered and the drag was taken off put in the back of the car! All's well that ends well! Thank you Veteran's and Dustin!

I always dread having to go through the process of buying a new vehicle. From dealing with the overly persistent sales guys to sitting for hours haggling rates and dealing with loads of paper work. This was not the case this time. I had a new sales guy named Devin help us out. He made the whole process so quick and easy. He listened to what my husband and I were requesting and our goal and nailed it! This is our second purchase from Veterans Ford in 2 years, and I would go back again. My only thing I would recommend to their team is offering at least a water while sitting there waiting. Over all it was great working with them again.
