This was my first time at Veterans Ford and my first time purchasing a car by myself. Josh and Jason were so friendly and made the whole process smooth and easy! I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted! If you’re looking for somewhere to buy a new/used car, I recommend Veterans Ford!

My husband and I are mostly full time RVers and we travel frequently. We went in for our bi-annual oil change for our 2022 Bronco. Due to our lifestyle, we usually look for a Ford dealership close to where we are at the time. It was our first time visiting this Ford location. To our surprise, our vehicle had an outstanding safety recall that we knew nothing about. Even though the recall was a few years old, this was the first dealership that had brought it to our attention! Great job at paying attention to detail and doing a complete job! I love FORDS! I have owned a Ford Ranger, a Ford Escape and now I am the proud owner of a Ford Explorer. It is gorgeous! All the bells and whistles I needed! It is blue Certified! Warrantied to 100,000. I could go on an on! I feel safe! Best of all it pulls my food trailer! Had a tow package that pulls 5600 lbs included. I couldn’t be happier! Ok.. plus, it’s a sexy, super comfortable & like I said, a SAFE SUV for what I pull!!!! Thank you Tim, Roberto, Jason and especially to Lorenzo for allowing me to stay with FORD! You guys made it happen!!! You are the best in the business!!! Thank you!!!

I had a bad experience about 6 years ago. Sales Rep didn’t want to take the time to go over numbers. So I’ve dreaded going there but they had a car I really wanted so I figured I’d give them another shot. Blake was AWESOME. Travis, the service manager, was extremely helpful—he got me in on short notice and had my truck in and out quickly without disrupting my schedule. Matt, who handled my check-in, was also great. When the Ford system was down, he found another way to retrieve the recall code. I’d highly recommend Veterans Ford for service and will be bringing my truck back in the future.

I saw the truck on CarGurus. Just got traded in. The salesman that answer the phone was Shane. He was really good to deal with. I was impressed with the way he did the sale without being pushy in any way. They had it priced perfectly. They hadn't detailed the truck and they were doing some maintenance on it, so I put a deposit on it and came back on Saturday and it was ready to go. Happy with the experience.

Excellent experience. Made service appointment for completion of recall notice, to perform 50,000 service and to fix annoying rattle in rear of car. Also rented car at on site Enterprise office. All work accomplished by mid afternoon. Picked up car and left rental keys with service advisor Max. Very efficient. In contrast, had made appointment at Ford dealer near my home in St Petersburg only to be told on arrival on Thursday morning that since I was dropping the car off “at the end of the week” it “probably” would not be finished until the following week. I will certainly be back to Veterans Ford.

I found the used vehicle that I had been searching for at Veterans Ford. I set an appointment to view it, I was called to confirm the appointment ahead of time, which was great follow-up. Salesperson Jalen was fantastic throughout the process. Very professional and straightforward. Kim in finance was a gem as well. I highly recommend Jalen and if you want a salesperson who will make purchasing a vehicle easy without any back and forth stressful negotiations that I’ve experienced before while purchasing a vehicle, ask for him! Oh, and thank you Blake for putting my license plate on, I appreciate you. One more thing…detail department is on point here. They got my older car looking like new for delivery!! Top notch!

Blake, my salesman has been great. I came in on Monday and closed my deal the same day. No hard sales tactics. While I couldn’t pick up my new truck the same day, because I opted for some additional extras, I was told they would prioritize my truck and have it ready for pick up the following Monday.

Called Veterans for a service on a 2020 Ranger we had just purchased from another dealership the day prior. The alternator was shot. Joseph at Veterans ran a full diagnostic on the truck to see if there was any more surprises. He found none thank goodness. He got the repair completed and even worked with the “other dealership” with getting those repairs paid. What was a super stressful situation was made much easier by having them do all the work. I use Veterans for all my vehicles services because they never disappoint!!

Just got a 2018 Kia Soul Plus. Andro provided magnificent customer service. He was able to answer all my questions and provided detailed explanations. He is bilingual, so he was able to help me in both English and Spanish. Roberto oversaw everything and was very nice. Kim, the financial analyst attended us and she was very sweet and explained everything with patience.

I reached out to Veterans Ford for a mobile oil change, but after Adam checked my vehicle, he told me it wasn’t time yet. Instead of just doing the service anyway, he inspected all my fluids, made sure everything looked good, and gave me helpful advice on when the next oil change should be. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism—it’s rare to find someone who puts the customer’s best interest first. I’ll definitely be calling Veterans Ford again when it’s time for the service. PS the service at Veterans is such a breath of fresh air compared to Parks Ford.

Had an issue this past weekend with the 12v battery on my Maverick hybrid and was able to get in and have it taken care of within hours! Very thankful for the service team and efficiency.

First I wanna say I had a horrible experience at BRANDON FORD. 2ND. ( Veterans Ford Changed that completely. ) They really made me feel like they cared and like I was family there. I dealt with Patrick he was really great. Took his time and showed me everything about the Ford Bronco I was buying and answered all my concerns and questions he had a lot of patience with me which I was really grateful for. I’m really Glad I didn’t let my bad experience at Brandon Ford ruin me going to a different Ford dealership. I RECOMMEND VETERANS FORD if you wanna be treated LIKE FAMILY. Not just a wallet. Absolutely best service i could receive! I called several other dealers about my recall and they all blew me off. I called Veterans and spoke with Ryan and he got me in the next morning no questions asked and when I arrived he got me checked in and my vehicle going quickly, he made sure I was updated the entire time and made sure my vehicle was completed in the appropriate time frame I was given. Internet experience started a great day; after hours AI confirmed the White 2026 Escape still available, followed by permission to view short clip with General Mgr name and phone. Now that is the Made in Detroit Way! No BS that u get with presumptuous Chevy dealerships near campus. Followed up with extremely nice staff A-Z. I am doing an injustice by not naming all of them. Tay, Trey (Service), Darrell, the OH Dude, and the other mid-westener Rock Detriot-Style. I just might buy another Ford Vehicle from Veterans Ford Tampa. Lastly, Veteran’s Ford Tampa honored me as a Nephew to Uncle Mike who worked for Fords in the D, voluntarily joined the Navy, then went back to Ford in Detroit and retired with time served during Navy Tour. I went in for my first 5k maintenance service. Ryan S. was my service rep and was personable, very communicative, and friendly. Ryan said it was probably going to take an hour 45 to complete but he got me out of there in an hour 30, which I much appreciate. Ford offers to pickup and drop off your vehicle, free of charge, for any maintenance so I will definitely be utilizing that perk for my next service. Everything went smoothly, they weren’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need, and they completed everything in sufficient time.

I love the service guy that helped me. But my sunroof is still not fixed. They told me it is a different problem. I feel the first problem caused the second problem. I will admit it is frustrating because now I have to deal with another issue and this is all out of pocket expenses
