Service writer Joseph was nice and helpful. I did have some frustration with wait time as I scheduled a week in advance for a quick oil change and tire rotation while I waited. Appt was for 7:30 a.m. but vehicle didn’t even get onto rack until 9:10 and completion was 9:45. Although 2 hrs and 15 min doesn’t seem like a long time, it was certainly more than expected and most writers in the service area seemed very cavalier about it when I asked the question about priority for appts as apposed to walk ins.. Either way, service was accomplished as promised and I was on my way.

The entire team was helpful and friendly. Salesman Blake Willmore was very knowledgeable about the trucks we looked at and did a great job of showing us several trucks until we found the one we wanted. I traded in our Honda Pilot on the F150 and was happy with the deal we got. We had a good experience and recommend going to Veterans Ford if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

Veterans Ford is hands down the best dealership to buy your truck from in Tampa. The sales team is knowledgeable and sincere. This dealership offers the most competitive pricing. My experience is that it is better pricing than their competitors. Importantly, Veterans Ford doesn’t play the bait and switch game where they give you a quote online to get you in, then lowball you when you get there and try to beat you up on price. Instead, they honor their word. If you care about that like I do, then choose this dealership. They don’t hide add backs and there are no hidden fees. They help you complete the purchase of the vehicle that is right for you. This is definitely 100% the dealership I will choose again. Thank you Mark and Sean and Tony and team! I cant say enough good things about Joseph in the service department here. He was my advisor from start to finish. Even during the holidays, he was all over my repair. Responsive, helpful, went above and beyond multiple times on my new Raptor that had an issue that wasn't even purchased here. Ford in general earned my loyalty with a representative from corporate named Joel that assisted in getting parts expedited so I could get my truck back, and Veterans outdid any dealer I've ever dealt with because of Joseph and the tech that worked on my truck. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Very clean place. The process was quick and easy, and Patrick was a pro. His knowledge of all the software was great and had genuine enthusiasm for what he does. They were honest as well, which is refreshing. He told me what most dealerships were selling my make and model with the particular features it has for and sure enough, when I checked their website about 8 days later I saw my truck for sale in the price range he said.

2020 Mustang with blacked out gauge cluster. Service department fixed gauge cluster as well as a couple of oil leaks, all covered under extended warranty and powertrain warranty. It’s great to have my car fixed and able to drive it again!

One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Believe it or not most of my car buying experience was done via text’s with Shane my salesperson at Veterans Ford. I knew the vehicle i wanted and Shane found it for me. Took a couple of days to get it to the dealership but it was worth the wait. The purchasing process was a fast and easy as I’ve ever experienced. I would recommend Veterans Ford to anyone looking for a ford vehicle. Well I forgot to bring my title with me when trading my truck in. Shane drove the 38miles back to my house to pick up the title saving me the time and inconvenience. Again if you’re looking to buy, look Shane up. Good guy

4/25/2026 Patrick was a straight shooter and got me in and out of there in no time, the finance team was efficient as well NO BS is what I like. Thank you Veteran's Ford. 8/1/26 Matt my service advisor was amazing and took good care of me , he tried to help me figure out a future project I’m planning for my truck unfortunately the parts team only knew what I had found already but they did try to help as much as possible, due to how new my truck is information on aftermarket upgrades is very limited. Matt got me in and out quickly and the recall that I was told I needed actually wasn’t happening on my vehicle so that saved me a lot of time. .

I had a great experience at Veterans Ford. They replaced my rear differential and performed a transmission fluid service, and the entire process was completed much quicker than I expected. The staff was professional, kept me informed throughout the repair, and made everything hassle-free. My truck is running great now, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. I highly recommend asking for Andro if you visit this dealership. I was looking online at a specific car, and Andro was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind in providing me with the information and videos of the vehicle I requested. After careful consideration, I ultimately decided not to purchase the car due to some features I didn’t need, though there was nothing inherently wrong with the vehicle. Despite that, Andro was very understanding, and at no point during our conversations did I feel pressured to make a purchase. He provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Overall, my experience with him was a refreshing change from the stressful car-buying experience people often expect. If I decide to buy a car from this dealership in the future, Andro will be the first person I contact.

I was quite frantic when I found out that the drag underneath the engine had become unattached as screws fell out the day before. I drove to Veteran's Ford as I needed to have it attached or taken down fearing an accident could occur if it became fully detached. I only had a couple of hours as I had a pulmonology appointment in north Tampa at 3 pm and it was 1pm! Voila! Dustin came through like a champ and screws were ordered and the drag was taken off put in the back of the car! All's well that ends well! Thank you Veteran's and Dustin!

I always dread having to go through the process of buying a new vehicle. From dealing with the overly persistent sales guys to sitting for hours haggling rates and dealing with loads of paper work. This was not the case this time. I had a new sales guy named Devin help us out. He made the whole process so quick and easy. He listened to what my husband and I were requesting and our goal and nailed it! This is our second purchase from Veterans Ford in 2 years, and I would go back again. My only thing I would recommend to their team is offering at least a water while sitting there waiting. Over all it was great working with them again.

Right from the start, we knew that our car buying experience was not going to be typical. We were greeted by Andro Torres with his calm presence and his no pressure dameaner.
