Bought my new car there. Have always taken my vehicle there for service and I am always happy when I leave. They are always very friendly and professional. Usually no waiting time. And the car is ready pretty close to when I was told upon checking in. First time that I tried the mobile service at home. It was great. They did an oil change, tire rotation and top-off of any other fluids requiring it. I didn't have to wait. And it didn't take him very long. Plus, I had a coupon for the service and the mobile service honored it. I am so pleased for using the mobile service. I will probably continue to use the mobile service as long as I have my Escape.

Great service and communication about what was being done with my truck

I brought my 2024 Ford F150 Tremor for a routine oil change and some help re-attaching the skid plate. Service writer, Ryan, was courteous and professional. He gave me an accurate estimate of the time it would take to complete the service and kept me updated along the way. I’ve had poor service writers. Polite, nice people make a difference. I’ll certainly come back again for my next service.

Wonderful customer service! Ive been having a lot of trouble trying to purchase the vehicle i wanted because I live in alabama and had to go through my bank but let me tell you. THIS PLACE WILL MAKE IT WORK, Bryan the sales guy and Jason from the finance department will work with you!! Trust me. They will jump all kinds of hurdles to make it work and have incredible patience. I had a lot of anxiety that I wasnt going to be able to get the car I wanted but Bryan was great about assuring me that they were going to get the job done. Seriously, being someone who could only get approved through their bank and being out of state is a tough process and lots of places in Florida will refuse what an alabama bank will require due to many differences but these guys worked hard to make it happen and wanted till right at closing to get me settled. Also the building is really awesome!

Their staff is always friendly, very knowledgeable & I don't ever feel like I'm being pressured to do unnecessary work. The GM here/Lorenzo is outstanding & very hands-on with ALL aspects of this dealership. I was shopping around for a vehicle and saw one I liked on their website. I called in and was connected with Bryan, who was extremely helpful from the start. He answered all my questions, gave me all the information I needed on the vehicle, and made the whole process very straightforward. I made an appointment for that afternoon and was in and out with the vehicle I wanted and my trade-in completed in about an hour. Fair pricing, no unnecessary hassle, and Bryan was great to work with throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend asking for Bryan and would highly recommend this dealership over some of the other Ford dealerships in the area.

I was very impressed that he took the time to review every concern I had with my truck and physically look at each one to understand the issues so he could submit the work order. He did not rush me at all and genuinely was interested in the details. I was very impressed and pleased with his professionalism. Updates from Freddy and the status application were informative and timely. Freddy also communicated frequently via phone and text when necessary and was very responsive throughout the process. I had a great experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service at Veterans Ford! I want to especially recognize Ryan S., my service advisor, for going above and beyond. I brought my husband’s F-150 in on Saturday for an oil change. I explained to Ryan that while I was driving the truck, it felt like metal was rubbing against metal, so I asked him to please have it checked. They discovered a cracked part in the tie-rod/passenger-side area that needed immediate attention. Ryan personally came out and explained everything to me. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Most importantly, he kept me updated on my vehicle throughout the entire process. Even with the unexpected repair, my truck was fixed and ready within about four hours. Ryan gave me 110% customer service from the moment I arrived until I picked up the truck. This is exactly why I continue bringing my vehicles to Veterans Ford for everything. They are my preferred dealership, and experiences like this are why I keep coming back. As usual it was easy to schedule my service appointment online at a time and day that were convenient for me. They explained what they were going to do to my truck and gave me an approximate amount of time they would need to keep it there. Then they texted me throughout the day with updates and let me review the work order before they began working so I could decide what work I wanted done and would know the exact price. Once they were done they texted me and gave me a call. It was a pleasant experience.

Received offers from several Bay Area Ford dealers and the only salesman to make me feel comfortable to take my time deciding and even come back with a better deal while I was looking at others was Aaron at Veterans.

It’s been 3 months since I bought this CPO Mustang Mach-E GT from Veterans Ford. I sent it in for the 20K mile service, and told them my concern with a speaker. I reached out to Veterans Ford for a mobile oil change, but after Adam checked my vehicle, he told me it wasn’t time yet. Instead of just doing the service anyway, he inspected all my fluids, made sure everything looked good, and gave me helpful advice on when the next oil change should be. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism—it’s rare to find someone who puts the customer’s best interest first. I’ll definitely be calling Veterans Ford again when it’s time for the service. PS the service at Veterans is such a breath of fresh air compared to Parks Ford.
