Had some issues with my transmission. Matt at Veterans Ford helped me get the vehicle in immediately. He did a great job keeping me informed along the way. Couple days later truck was fixed, warranty honored without hesitation and I’m on the road again.

I brought my Mach E in for some recalls and had a great experience. My service advisor, Ryan, was easy to get ahold of and kept me updated on the progress. The shuttle service saved me a lot of time, and the repairs were completed before the end of the day. A very efficient service operation - I’ll be back when any needs arise in the future.

Susan O'Dell was our adviser She was the best yet at Veterans Ford. She let us know what I needed for my 2020 Ford Edge which was Tires which we chose to get somewhere else and there was no pressure from her which most others do so that was most appreciated. That was on Tuesday the 28th of May. So on Thursday the 30th we brought my husband's 2018 Ford F150 in for his service. The same as with my car. Susan O'Dell let us know what was needed and instead of the pressure from the other Service Advisors we have delt with and not done the survey for. She is the one who we will always ask for. Nice experience, my advisor Ryan was very helpful and informative. I went in for an oil and filter change, tire rotation and fluids exchange. My vehicle was completed while I waited in the customer lounge which was comfortable, the complimentary coffee was delicious.

I expected a hassle to get recall work taken care of but ended up with true customer service! My Expedition was fixed of in my St Pete driveway! Not kept for days at the dealership. All my questions were answered and i was treated me with respect. What a pleasant change from my previous experience with the Ford Dealership near me. I'd be happy to travel to Tampa to have my vehicle maintained if it can't be done in my driveway. I highly recommend you give them a try! I'm glad I did!

Matt was great. The process was easy! In and out! Oil changes and an inspection isn’t quick. I take my truck here for a reason, I want them to look it over! They do! But it’s not a quick thing. I want the person looking at my truck to take their time and make sure they see everything! When I hook up to my 27,000lb RV. I want peace of mind knowing it was looked over!

Susan is exceptional. Although I reside in St. Petersburg, my workplace is located near the dealership, which serves as the primary service center for my Ford vehicle. Despite living within two miles of an AutoNation Ford, their service department does not meet the same high standards.

replaced my crankshaft position sensor on my 2013 mustang gt and then took my car to veterans ford to have them re-learn the sensor to my vehicle. i paid right around $380 for this service which is pricey but seems fair. additionally i was told it would be 2 hours for this service but got my car back in less than an hour which was a nice bonus. ryan took care of me and was very helpful, super cool dude.

Veterans has been taking care of my 2014 Fusion hybrid since I purchased it new. It now has 155,000+ miles on it and has been one of the most trouble free vehicles I have ever owned. Of course at this mileage there are some things that need additional maintenance. I brought the car in for its regular oil change and check up and it turned out It needed some work on the front struts And the right speaker was falling apart and was buzzing constantly. This meant needing to leave the car overnight, which was unexpected. Dustin, My service advisor, stepped up, got me a rental car, even though it was a holiday weekend And at a reduced rate. The car was finished by midday following day. And I was able to come back, leave the rental car at Veterans Ford Tampa, and drive off with my Like new fusion. Thank you so so much, Veterans Ford Tampa And my car over all these years you really are The best. PS you have the best coffee In Tampa!

I reached out to Veterans Ford for a mobile oil change, but after Adam checked my vehicle, he told me it wasn’t time yet. Instead of just doing the service anyway, he inspected all my fluids, made sure everything looked good, and gave me helpful advice on when the next oil change should be. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism—it’s rare to find someone who puts the customer’s best interest first. I’ll definitely be calling Veterans Ford again when it’s time for the service. PS the service at Veterans is such a breath of fresh air compared to Parks Ford.

I forget the young man’s name who helped me with my Explorer as I brought it in for maintenance and parts from a national recall but he was extremely professional and welcoming. The staff as a whole asked me many times with a smile on their face if I needed anything. This all contributed to a great experience and I would definitely use veterans ford again for any future needs.

I have to give credit to this Ford dealership! From the salesman, finance managers to the service advisors! I bought a used Tacoma from them that came with the blue ford warranty! There was a small leak on the timing chain cover which I found out by taking it to another technician! Susan my service advisor took great care of the situation! Thank you Susan!

We recently travelled from Tennessee to Veterans Ford in Tampa, FL to purchase a used F-350 Lariat Ultimate from Bryan. This was the easiest truck buying experience we’ve ever had. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. I’m now on my 9th Ford purchase and I’m very happy to have switched from another Ford dealership in Carrollwood to Veterans. The buying experience and service department are both friendly and professional. I’m so pleased with this dealership and as soon as my Wife’s BMW lease was over, we went straight to Veterans and leased a Mach-e GT. Friendly and great service. Had my 2025 ford bronco towed just before closing on a Friday evening. My service advisor was great. Monday morning I had a rental arranged for me. Needed a new engine. It was ordered, put in and my bronco was back to me that Friday.

Tay was a phenomenal salesman. It was my first EV purchase and I'm from out of state as well. He took the extra time to explain everything in detail with me and made sure I knew what I was getting. Noticed a minor issue during the walk-around of the vehicle but he made sure it was properly fixed before I even got into financing. Speaking of financing Jason also explained all of the paperwork (and the extra out of state sale papers) which was seamless. I've been to multiple dealers in different states but these 2 gentlemen treated me like a person first and not just a quota they were getting. Very happy with the purchase!!

Fantastic experience fixing my Suv..never fun or spending money...but when see in action people go extra mile for you . Fighting to get parts faster...clear updates text msgs ..stages with expectations set , details..I needed dealer experience for my SUV issue...fixed right first time. Veterans Ford really helped me out .. so this review is for service team showing the customer they care. And really fighting for parts on time ...for me. I paid for fixed right and got a lot more value with service than expected..
