I had walked in after being at several other dealerships and met with Hector Negron. From the start he was great. He answered all my questions and even helped me with my trade in. I had out of state plates and insurance and when it came to dealing with that Veterans Ford and Hector took care of it. The transaction was quick and easy and I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy their next vehicle to go to Veterans ford and ask for Hector. I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

Dustin Deans in service did a phenomenal job with my F-150. Very professional and communicative throughout the whole process. My truck was with Veterans Ford for a week with a radio issue and his team took really good care of me including taking care of a rental vehicle for me to drive while my truck was with them. I also give huge credit to Josh Johnson who set me up with Dustin. Veterans Ford takes care of their customers and I can’t thank them enough!

I recently purchased a Ford Explorer from Veterans Ford and had an outstanding experience. Chad Herndon was my sales specialist and was excellent from start to finish. He maintained constant communication, answered all of my questions, and delivered exactly what I was looking for in my Explorer. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. I also met Sean Bergen, the New Car Sales Manager, on the first day I came in to look at vehicles and again after I completed my purchase. He took the time to personally thank me for my business, which I genuinely appreciated. Overall, this was a 10 out of 10 experience. Great dealer to service my truck. I have been a customer for about 10 years. They serviced my 2013 f150 raptor and now my 2023 raptor. Good service advisors, I am a car guy and they always listen to my concerns and always take good care of my vehicles. Fair pricing, work quality is good, and they never get pushy with unnecessary services, this is what brings me back. I did not have a great experience with sales a few years back with excessive Markups so I bought my new truck out of state but this is my go to place for service. Thank you. -Andres

I asked for 2 things an oil change and a tire rotation. I made the appointment weeks in advance, waited for my truck service, used Ford points and refused the offered extra services I knew i could handily do myself. I realize this is where they make their living in service and perhaps when I need something, covered or not, if they treat me fairly, I will remain a loyal customer.

I filled my 2020 Escape and exited the gas station. Pulled up to put my card away and the vehicle stalled and wouldn't restart. After several minutes, it restarted and I went straight to Veterans Ford. Dustin, my Service advisor saw the problem and got it back for diagnostic evaluation. I had the best car buying experience ever with this dealership. Sean Bergen sent me texts before coming in with what documentation was needed. Everything was very professional and I was in/out in ~2.5 hrs! I was given more on my trade in than initially quoted. Also Shane was instrumental with training me on all the features of my Bronco; took me on the test drive; and expedited all the paperwork things! overall, it was a great experience!

I approached dealer about a truck they advertised on Cars.com. I am local to dealer, but they agreed to negotiate via email/text. Thier initial offer was too high for me so I declined. They reapproached me two days later with a better offer. We negotiated that offer and I agreed to purchase a truck. Unfortunately, only several minutes after we agreed to a deal, they informed me that truck has a deposit on it and is reserved for another customer. They immediately offered to find me another truck in their dealer network. I inquired about a truck that wasn't in their dealer group, and they agreed to try and get that unit. They secured it same day from another local dealer, stuck to the terms of our original deal, and delivered it to me same day. Entire staff was forthright, honest, friendly, reasonable, with no funny surprises. I would buy from here again.

Matt was very helpful and was great at communicating about the process of getting my engine replaced. I didn’t even have to call to check in on the vehicle. He kept me up to speed on everything. Also I’d like to give a huge shout out to the mechanic team for getting the job done so fast and being very thorough. Jake was the main lead mechanic on the engine replacement and I can’t thank them enough. Veterans ford is the ford I’ll be going to everytime. Thank you!

Been having an issue with my truck recently and can’t seem to narrow it down on my own. I am a previous car, now airplane mechanic. Buttt I don’t like the smell of gear oil for brunch, so I took it in for a front differential service. Took it in quickly, and sent the pictures and videos I requested as it was part of my trouble shooting. Initially the tech serviced the wrong differential but it was an honest confusion and Susan (my service advisor) immediately comped the incorrect service and did the correct one I asked for. Great business practice in my book. Was all done and truck was waiting for me out front within a couple of hours. And Susan was communicating the entire time via text. If I need any dealer service help, I’ll definitely be coming here.

Looking for a F250 Tremor unable to find in south Florida, found one at Veterans Ford in Tampa called them Chad answering he was very knowledgeable about the truck answered any questions . We made a deal over the phone & started the process. He was available to pick me up at the airport which made life easier. Arrived at dealership everything he said was true about the truck no BS or deception. Susan O'Dell was our adviser She was the best yet at Veterans Ford. She let us know what I needed for my 2020 Ford Edge which was Tires which we chose to get somewhere else and there was no pressure from her which most others do so that was most appreciated. That was on Tuesday the 28th of May. So on Thursday the 30th we brought my husband's 2018 Ford F150 in for his service. The same as with my car. Susan O'Dell let us know what was needed and instead of the pressure from the other Service Advisors we have delt with and not done the survey for. She is the one who we will always ask for. Susan amazing I was a costumer for another ford dealer and compared to this one I will come back. My only complain would be that waiting area and amenities while you waiting could be better, a proper furniture. Besides that Susan was amazing and helpful.

Nice experience, my advisor Ryan was very helpful and informative. I went in for an oil and filter change, tire rotation and fluids exchange. My vehicle was completed while I waited in the customer lounge which was comfortable, the complimentary coffee was delicious.

I expected a hassle to get recall work taken care of but ended up with true customer service! My Expedition was fixed of in my St Pete driveway! Not kept for days at the dealership. All my questions were answered and i was treated me with respect. What a pleasant change from my previous experience with the Ford Dealership near me. I'd be happy to travel to Tampa to have my vehicle maintained if it can't be done in my driveway. I highly recommend you give them a try! I'm glad I did!

Matt was great. The process was easy! In and out! Oil changes and an inspection isn’t quick. I take my truck here for a reason, I want them to look it over! They do! But it’s not a quick thing. I want the person looking at my truck to take their time and make sure they see everything! When I hook up to my 27,000lb RV. I want peace of mind knowing it was looked over!

Susan is exceptional. Although I reside in St. Petersburg, my workplace is located near the dealership, which serves as the primary service center for my Ford vehicle. Despite living within two miles of an AutoNation Ford, their service department does not meet the same high standards.

replaced my crankshaft position sensor on my 2013 mustang gt and then took my car to veterans ford to have them re-learn the sensor to my vehicle. i paid right around $380 for this service which is pricey but seems fair. additionally i was told it would be 2 hours for this service but got my car back in less than an hour which was a nice bonus. ryan took care of me and was very helpful, super cool dude.

My apartment was at 2pm. I got there at 1pm. Pulled up one of the Service providers. Open me door. Felt Llike VIP. All went well from there. Shutter to my place and back to the dealership. With my ford points and the wonderful discount the great employee Service employee who is helping me five stars. Bill came up 1/2 of the I originally price.
