It’s been 3 months since I bought this CPO Mustang Mach-E GT from Veterans Ford. I sent it in for the 20K mile service, and told them my concern with a speaker. They resolved the problem and performed routine service quickly. Trey was helpful as usual and I really appreciate the attention to detail. I’m a happy customer, thank you!!

I reached out to Veterans Ford for a mobile oil change, but after Adam checked my vehicle, he told me it wasn’t time yet. Instead of just doing the service anyway, he inspected all my fluids, made sure everything looked good, and gave me helpful advice on when the next oil change should be. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism—it’s rare to find someone who puts the customer’s best interest first. I’ll definitely be calling Veterans Ford again when it’s time for the service. PS the service at Veterans is such a breath of fresh air compared to Parks Ford.

First I wanna say I had a horrible experience at BRANDON FORD. 2ND. ( Veterans Ford Changed that completely. ) They really made me feel like they cared and like I was family there. I dealt with Patrick he was really great. Took his time and showed me everything about the Ford Bronco I was buying and answered all my concerns and questions he had a lot of patience with me which I was really grateful for. I’m really Glad I didn’t let my bad experience at Brandon Ford ruin me going to a different Ford dealership. I RECOMMEND VETERANS FORD if you wanna be treated LIKE FAMILY. Not just a wallet. Absolutely best service i could receive! I called several other dealers about my recall and they all blew me off. I called Veterans and spoke with Ryan and he got me in the next morning no questions asked and when I arrived he got me checked in and my vehicle going quickly, he made sure I was updated the entire time and made sure my vehicle was completed in the appropriate time frame I was given. By far the best service and customer service I’ve received from ford or their employees in a long while. Thank you again Ryan for your A1 service see you again soon for more service needs.

Internet experience started a great day; after hours AI confirmed the White 2026 Escape still available, followed by permission to view short clip with General Mgr name and phone. Now that is the Made in Detroit Way! No BS that u get with presumptuous Chevy dealerships near campus. Followed up with extremely nice staff A-Z. I am doing an injustice by not naming all of them. Tay, Trey (Service), Darrell, the OH Dude, and the other mid-westener Rock Detriot-Style. I just might buy another Ford Vehicle from Veterans Ford Tampa. Lastly, Veteran’s Ford Tampa honored me as a Nephew to Uncle Mike who worked for Fords in the D, voluntarily joined the Navy, then went back to Ford in Detroit and retired with time served during Navy Tour. I went in for my first 5k maintenance service. Ryan S. was my service rep and was personable, very communicative, and friendly. Ryan said it was probably going to take an hour 45 to complete but he got me out of there in an hour 30, which I much appreciate. Ford offers to pickup and drop off your vehicle, free of charge, for any maintenance so I will definitely be utilizing that perk for my next service. Everything went smoothly, they weren’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need, and they completed everything in sufficient time.

I love the service guy that helped me. But my sunroof is still not fixed. They told me it is a different problem. I feel the first problem caused the second problem. I will admit it is frustrating because now I have to deal with another issue and this is all out of pocket expenses

I always dread having to go through the process of buying a new vehicle. From dealing with the overly persistent sales guys to sitting for hours haggling rates and dealing with loads of paper work. This was not the case this time. I had a new sales guy named Devin help us out. He made the whole process so quick and easy. He listened to what my husband and I were requesting and our goal and nailed it! This is our second purchase from Veterans Ford in 2 years, and I would go back again. My only thing I would recommend to their team is offering at least a water while sitting there waiting. Over all it was great working with them again.

Great sales experience at Veterans Ford! Patrick from internet sales is excellent and I highly recommend him! Our home had a major fire on 6/15 and my 2025 Bronco Badlands was destroyed in the fire. Patrick was compassionate and caring about the situation and worked to find me a 2026 model that had everything my 2025 had, and he was patient and held the vehicle for me while I worked through the frustratingly slow insurance process! Hard to find people who truly care about their customers these days, so this was a wonderful experience at a difficult time in our lives when we’d just lost everything!

I recently brought my Bronco in for a transmission issue only to find out I had a front tire that was separating. The buying experience was great. They valued my trade-in car at a good price. I ended up not getting the car I intended to buy due to spec, but John was very friendly and patient. He listened to what I want out of my car, and recommended another one. I ended up with a car that I love to drive. Also, I left something at the dealership, I texted John the next day, and he found it in the car we test drove. I would have never gotten it back if John wasn’t thorough about it. I’m a very happy customer.

First time bringing my car in for service since I bought it for routine 10k oil change and to check a nail in my tire. Matt from the service department is very personable and made the whole process seamless. He kept me in the loop about everything, calling me after the diagnosis and after the oil change was done to let me know they were looking at the tire and would be done shortly. Overall would definitely come back.

I recently brought my 2024 Bronco in to the service center again, this time because the window switches broke off. Ryan was my service representative who ordered the parts and arranged the repair appt. He was very polite and informative. It took about a month and a half for the parts to arrive at the service center but as soon as the parts arrived I was able to bring my car in for the repair. My switches look brand new again. While the Bronco has been nothing but a pain for me (plastic fender popped off, water pump replacement and window switches breaking) the service center is always very kind and gets the issue resolved.

I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. I’m now on my 9th Ford purchase and I’m very happy to have switched from another Ford dealership in Carrollwood to Veterans. The buying experience and service department are both friendly and professional. I’m so pleased with this dealership and as soon as my Wife’s BMW lease was over, we went straight to Veterans and leased a Mach-e GT. The two mechanics you sent to my house I've never met two intelligent people that work on cars in my life.. very polite very professional answered questions.. I would keep those two guys they are good for your business you need people like that working for you..( last time I took my car there I had very poor service) this time they were mobile mechanics couldn't have asked for anything better just there acknowledgment was so professional. If there's any incentive to give these two men I would absolutely give it to them.. I can tell you now I know not all of your employees have their integrity of representing your company like that. Please make sure that they acknowledge that somebody gave them a good compliment I wish everybody worked like them honest. As I mentioned you need people like them to represent your company. It's always nice to get a compliment instead of a complaint.

2026 update: The Service Department is second to none! Matt and Jack keep us coming back. My car and my husband's truck are kept running smoothly with regular maintenance. I never feel pressured to get services I don't need. Do I recommend Veteran's Ford? Absolutely! 💯 Original review in 2016: My husband wanted a new truck and I was going to buy my first brand new car since 1978. I contacted several dealerships of various manufacturers. I did my homework and wanted to see what was available. My comparison of three Tampa dealerships, resulted in Veteran's Ford having the best prices. I spoke with William Smallwood on the phone. He listened to what I wanted let me know he and his staff were ready help us make an informed purchase. Before getting to Veteran's Ford, we stopped at another dealership. I test drove two cars. We left there angry, because I felt that I was being strong armed into a car I wasn't sure I wanted. I didn't want to look any more, but I gave my word to William that we would come in. I am so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was totally different. William put us with Sean Bergen. Sean made buying our new Ford F-150 and Focus a pleasure. He listened to our wants and needs and directed us to the right vehicles. He didn't try to strong arm us into something we didn't want. He explained the differences between the vehicles we looked at and what we could expect from our purchase. He asked all the right questions and walked me to the perfect car. I only test drove one. It was THE one! Then we went about the business of finding my husband his new F-150. Sean made buying our new Ford F-150 and Focus a pleasure. David Griffith made the closing procedure enjoyable. He is knowledgeable, friendly and made us laugh. He made the mundane task of signing forms and reviewing terms not only pleasant, but entertaining. He offered us products and explained the benefits of each. He made us feel comfortable and never made us feel pressured. We left happy with our purchases. The staff at Veterans Ford shatters the concept of the stereotypical car sale transaction. We walked in feeling battered by the previous dealership, but we left with two new vehicles and a restored faith in what car buying should look like. Update 2023: We have bought our seventh vehicle from Sean Bergen and staff, as he has been rightly promoted. Since the original purchases in 2016, we bought two more in 2018. We took my husband's mother to buy her new car when her previous dealership acted uninterested in helping her. Sean and staff to the rescue. Last year I had to replace my beloved car when it was totalled due to an inattentive driver who slammed into the back of us while we were stopped. Sean, once again, found me the perfect car. Yesterday, my husband drove home in his brand new 2023 F150. Enter Justin Slimak. He made the sale easy. Justin kept us informed every step of the way. He made sure everything was ready before my husband got there. The paperwork was prepared. The truck was fully gassed up with a giant bow on top. Once again, Sean and staff shattered the stereotype of car buying. Do I recommend Veteran's Ford? Absolutely! 💯

We had a great experience with the purchase of our new Ford Maverick. Shane was knowledgeable, patient answering all of our questions and showing us different options. We were in and out with the car in an hour and a half. Very impressed with the dealership inventory , professionalism of everyone who assisted with the sale and particularly Shane who made our experience simple and enjoyable. Let me first start off by saying John was the best salesman I’ve ever had. Not zealous about making the deal or overbearing about calls. He made me comfortable enough to even come into the dealership off of my inquiry I think that’s the Virginia in him. We’re very calculated but calm people. I took my Explorer in for the same issue I had last year, without hesitation, Jack and George were quick to assist and get the problem resolved. Smooth transaction- Romario Morales listened to what I was looking for and was always prepared for our visits. I had a great experience purchasing my truck from Verterans Ford. I saw a deal online that was to good to pass up, but it was father's day and was meeting family at the Rays game. My wife and I drove the Veterans Ford and they opened the doors early. We test drove and bought the truck and got to the game on time. I would highly recommend our sales consultant (Shane Dempsey); he was a pleasure to deal with. No BS, no games, just the truck i wanted at a great price.
