Our salesman, Tay, was great; easy-going, didn’t try any high pressure sales tactics, worked with us to a fair negotiated price, and he made the experience pleasurable. We actually enjoyed buying our truck from Veterans, which isn’t something we can usually say. I would happily buy another vehicle from them.

Best experience purchasing a car. John was a great salesman very responsive but never pushy. Great price after doing a lot of research. In and out quickly as we did a lot over email before visiting. Well worth the trip and will definitely purchase here again. Finance manager was quick, helpful and again not pushy, just informative. Manger was on hand and ready to help as well. Thank you for the great service. I hope others reach out as this can be a grueling process, but you guys made it quick and painless! We love our new Bronco!!

I had a great experience with the entire team, especially salesman Mario Morales Gomez and the finance department. They were able to put together an excellent deal, and the entire process was incredibly efficient. From start to finish, everything was completed in about an hour, and I was driving my new car home the same day. Prompt, let's you know the updates on repair or recall progress, plus the dealership has a roomy waiting room. If you live within 5 miles there's a free shuttle service to bring you back and pick you up. Definitely would recommend.

I was a last-minute add-on on a Saturday to get a diagnostic Check to try to find out what was wrong with my vehicle. I went to a few other Ford dealerships that did not offer diagnostic checks on Saturdays however, when I Call veterans Ford. They immediately said a same-day appointment for me and got me the diagnostic check within a couple of hours. Thank you so much

Edit again: bought a brand new MachE from Veterans as promised 2 years ago and the experience has held up. I have bought, sold, traded almost 40 cars in my lifetime. Some are good experiences, and some are terrible. Additionally I am in high end sales as well. While I didn’t end up buying here, the sales and negotiating practices here were the very best, one could ask for. Sean was an extreme pleasure to work with, extremely competent, knew his stuff and was very responsive through out the process. I have no illusions had I purchased here the same care and competence would have trickled down through the organization. It seems to be the company culture and that is set the highest level. “There is nothing more insulting to a great salesman than having to listen to a bad salesman. It’s like a great basketball player having to listen to a bad basketball player”. Micheal Scott Edit: It’s been almost a year since my purchase. As previously stated I did not buy from here, but that was only due to them not having the exact spec truck I wanted. But I did need to take it in for service and the SA (Linale) was very nice, competent and kept me updated every step of the way. Even found a warranty issue I was not aware of (not a recall) and took care of it. My experience here continues to impress. I hope they stay this way and if so I will be buying my next cars here. Matt provided excellent service during my recent visit. He quickly checked me in and then let me know the estimated wait time, which due to recalls ended up being several hours so I got a ride home. He took the time to thoroughly explain the work that would be done on my vehicle, clearly outlining what was covered under warranty and what I would be responsible for. When my vehicle was ready, it was returned to me clean and in great condition. I highly recommend Matt and Veteran’s Ford to anyone in need of service for their Ford vehicle.

Susan O'Dell was our adviser She was the best yet at Veterans Ford. She let us know what I needed for my 2020 Ford Edge which was Tires which we chose to get somewhere else and there was no pressure from her which most others do so that was most appreciated. That was on Tuesday the 28th of May. So on Thursday the 30th we brought my husband's 2018 Ford F150 in for his service. The same as with my car. Susan O'Dell let us know what was needed and instead of the pressure from the other Service Advisors we have delt with and not done the survey for. She is the one who we will always ask for. I reached out to Veterans Ford for a mobile oil change, but after Adam checked my vehicle, he told me it wasn’t time yet. Instead of just doing the service anyway, he inspected all my fluids, made sure everything looked good, and gave me helpful advice on when the next oil change should be. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism—it’s rare to find someone who puts the customer’s best interest first. I’ll definitely be calling Veterans Ford again when it’s time for the service. PS the service at Veterans is such a breath of fresh air compared to Parks Ford.

First I wanna say I had a horrible experience at BRANDON FORD. 2ND. ( Veterans Ford Changed that completely. ) They really made me feel like they cared and like I was family there. I dealt with Patrick he was really great. Took his time and showed me everything about the Ford Bronco I was buying and answered all my concerns and questions he had a lot of patience with me which I was really grateful for. I’m really Glad I didn’t let my bad experience at Brandon Ford ruin me going to a different Ford dealership. I RECOMMEND VETERANS FORD if you wanna be treated LIKE FAMILY. Not just a wallet. Absolutely best service i could receive! I called several other dealers about my recall and they all blew me off. I called Veterans and spoke with Ryan and he got me in the next morning no questions asked and when I arrived he got me checked in and my vehicle going quickly, he made sure I was updated the entire time and made sure my vehicle was completed in the appropriate time frame I was given. By far the best service and customer service I’ve received from ford or their employees in a long while. Thank you again Ryan for your A1 service see you again soon for more service needs.

Internet experience started a great day; after hours AI confirmed the White 2026 Escape still available, followed by permission to view short clip with General Mgr name and phone. Now that is the Made in Detroit Way! No BS that u get with presumptuous Chevy dealerships near campus. Followed up with extremely nice staff A-Z. I am doing an injustice by not naming all of them. Tay, Trey (Service), Darrell, the OH Dude, and the other mid-westener Rock Detriot-Style. I just might buy another Ford Vehicle from Veterans Ford Tampa. Lastly, Veteran’s Ford Tampa honored me as a Nephew to Uncle Mike who worked for Fords in the D, voluntarily joined the Navy, then went back to Ford in Detroit and retired with time served during Navy Tour. I went in for my first 5k maintenance service. Ryan S. was my service rep and was personable, very communicative, and friendly. Ryan said it was probably going to take an hour 45 to complete but he got me out of there in an hour 30, which I much appreciate. Ford offers to pickup and drop off your vehicle, free of charge, for any maintenance so I will definitely be utilizing that perk for my next service. Everything went smoothly, they weren’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need, and they completed everything in sufficient time.

I love the service guy that helped me. But my sunroof is still not fixed. They told me it is a different problem. I feel the first problem caused the second problem. I will admit it is frustrating because now I have to deal with another issue and this is all out of pocket expenses
