Matt the service adviser has done a good job for us in the past and continues to do great work. I've bought 3 cars from Veterans and most of my services. Their work is not always the cheapest, as expected, but its solid work, solid products, good people, honest, so its my go to for my Fords. See Patrick in the sales department if you looking for a good guy, low pressure, just common sense sales. Good people.

I went there to look at a King ranch but I ended up buying a much better fully loaded hybrid F-150 Platinum 35-in, rims brand new nitto tires. I went to veterans Ford because I wanted a vehicle that could drive like my Lincoln MKX Black label and the Platinum F-150 has all the bells and whistles that my other car had. My salesman Tony was very good explaining the vehicle and going on test drives with me. Overall It was a great experience.

I went to veterans Ford to purchase a vehicle. During the purchasing process, there were several glitches that occurred. However, the salesman, Romario Morales, and the new car director. Mark Cattran were very helpful. They listened to my concerns and found exactly the vehicle I needed. I appreciate their willingness to work with me and I would definitely go back to. I took my truck in for an oil change and to have some scratches on the wheel touched up. Joshua (I didn’t catch his last name) was outstanding. He went above and beyond for the entire process. Veterans has been taking care of my 2014 Fusion hybrid since I purchased it new. The car has been trouble free so the only service she has needed have been oil changes and check ups. And a couple Ford recalls. The vehicle is now 11 years old with 250,000+ miles on it. Still trouble Free. However, when I return from my Christmas holiday to Tampa airport, the battery had gone dead while it was parked in the garage. AAA got the car started for me, but the driver recommended that I get a new battery as soon as possible. Since it was Saturday and Veteran’s service is open, I called them (it was 3 o’clock, they close at 5) and they said, bring in the car and we will take care of it and they did. Thank you to Susan who provided wonderful service as I have always experienced at veterans Ford.

Matt was very helpful. I dropped my car off at 9am and picked it up about 3pm. My biggest concern was a problem with the battery. It was tested and I was assured it was ok. I also had the car serviced.

David did outstanding job of getting my concerns correctly identified to fix AirBag and replace Transmission cable. He gave me target time to have work done and stuck to it. The work done was very professional and clearly the items were fixed as requested. In the process I noticed few improvements were made like brakes were improved and the viewing panel on left now shows XXX miles to go before refueling. The entire team at Veterans Ford is very dedicated to looking after it’s customers including ride home and pick up when work was completed. Lorenzo and Travis are leading this dealership in a very effective and efficient manner.

***UPDATE 4*** Just picked up my 4th vehicle from Veterans Ford. If you're not buying from here you're missing out! This team has been nothing but great to me. Just upgraded my 2021 F150 to a 2025 F150 5.0L 4x4! I'll only buy my cars from Veterans Ford! Thank you guys again for everything! ***UPDATE 3*** in the last year, we have bought 3 cars from Veterans Ford. I said it in my last update that Veterans Ford will get all my future business and they have. Traded in a 2024 Ecoboost Mustang for a 2024 Mach E. They made it happen. Love the new car. ***UPDATE 2*** 5 months later I returned to upgrade my minivan for a 2021 F150. They made it happen! Tim, my salesman was awesome! No pressure sales technique goes along way. Roberto, one of the sales-managers made finance happen! I truly couldn't be any happier! Susan O'Dell was our adviser She was the best yet at Veterans Ford. She let us know what I needed for my 2020 Ford Edge which was Tires which we chose to get somewhere else and there was no pressure from her which most others do so that was most appreciated. That was on Tuesday the 28th of May. So on Thursday the 30th we brought my husband's 2018 Ford F150 in for his service. The same as with my car. Susan O'Dell let us know what was needed and instead of the pressure from the other Service Advisors we have delt with and not done the survey for. She is the one who we will always ask for. Susan amazing I was a costumer for another ford dealer and compared to this one I will come back. My only complain would be that waiting area and amenities while you waiting could be better, a proper furniture. Besides that Susan was amazing and helpful.

Nice experience, my advisor Ryan was very helpful and informative. I went in for an oil and filter change, tire rotation and fluids exchange. My vehicle was completed while I waited in the customer lounge which was comfortable, the complimentary coffee was delicious.

I expected a hassle to get recall work taken care of but ended up with true customer service! My Expedition was fixed of in my St Pete driveway! Not kept for days at the dealership. All my questions were answered and i was treated me with respect. What a pleasant change from my previous experience with the Ford Dealership near me. I'd be happy to travel to Tampa to have my vehicle maintained if it can't be done in my driveway. I highly recommend you give them a try! I'm glad I did!

Matt was great. The process was easy! In and out! Oil changes and an inspection isn’t quick. I take my truck here for a reason, I want them to look it over! They do! But it’s not a quick thing. I want the person looking at my truck to take their time and make sure they see everything! When I hook up to my 27,000lb RV. I want peace of mind knowing it was looked over!

Susan is exceptional. Although I reside in St. Petersburg, my workplace is located near the dealership, which serves as the primary service center for my Ford vehicle. Despite living within two miles of an AutoNation Ford, their service department does not meet the same high standards.

replaced my crankshaft position sensor on my 2013 mustang gt and then took my car to veterans ford to have them re-learn the sensor to my vehicle. i paid right around $380 for this service which is pricey but seems fair. additionally i was told it would be 2 hours for this service but got my car back in less than an hour which was a nice bonus. ryan took care of me and was very helpful, super cool dude.

My apartment was at 2pm. I got there at 1pm. Pulled up one of the Service providers. Open me door. Felt Llike VIP. All went well from there. Shutter to my place and back to the dealership. With my ford points and the wonderful discount the great employee Service employee who is helping me five stars. Bill came up 1/2 of the I originally price.
