Nice experience, my advisor Ryan was very helpful and informative. I went in for an oil and filter change, tire rotation and fluids exchange. My vehicle was completed while I waited in the customer lounge which was comfortable, the complimentary coffee was delicious.

I expected a hassle to get recall work taken care of but ended up with true customer service! My Expedition was fixed of in my St Pete driveway! Not kept for days at the dealership. All my questions were answered and i was treated me with respect. What a pleasant change from my previous experience with the Ford Dealership near me. I'd be happy to travel to Tampa to have my vehicle maintained if it can't be done in my driveway. I highly recommend you give them a try! I'm glad I did!

Matt was great. The process was easy! In and out! Oil changes and an inspection isn’t quick. I take my truck here for a reason, I want them to look it over! They do! But it’s not a quick thing. I want the person looking at my truck to take their time and make sure they see everything! When I hook up to my 27,000lb RV. I want peace of mind knowing it was looked over!

Susan is exceptional. Although I reside in St. Petersburg, my workplace is located near the dealership, which serves as the primary service center for my Ford vehicle. Despite living within two miles of an AutoNation Ford, their service department does not meet the same high standards.

replaced my crankshaft position sensor on my 2013 mustang gt and then took my car to veterans ford to have them re-learn the sensor to my vehicle. i paid right around $380 for this service which is pricey but seems fair. additionally i was told it would be 2 hours for this service but got my car back in less than an hour which was a nice bonus. ryan took care of me and was very helpful, super cool dude.

I took my truck in because it was experiencing an odd vibration when in motion. My apartment was at 2pm. I got there at 1pm. Pulled up one of the Service providers. Open me door. Felt Llike VIP. All went well from there. Shutter to my place and back to the dealership. With my ford points and the wonderful discount the great employee Service employee who is helping me five stars. Bill came up 1/2 of the I originally price.

Veterans has been taking care of my 2014 Fusion hybrid since I purchased it new. It now has 155,000+ miles on it and has been one of the most trouble free vehicles I have ever owned. Of course at this mileage there are some things that need additional maintenance. I brought the car in for its regular oil change and check up and it turned out It needed some work on the front struts And the right speaker was falling apart and was buzzing constantly. This meant needing to leave the car overnight, which was unexpected. Dustin, My service advisor, stepped up, got me a rental car, even though it was a holiday weekend And at a reduced rate. The car was finished by midday following day. And I was able to come back, leave the rental car at Veterans Ford Tampa, and drive off with my Like new fusion. Thank you so so much, Veterans Ford Tampa And my car over all these years you really are The best. PS you have the best coffee In Tampa!

Instead of just doing the service anyway, he inspected all my fluids, made sure everything looked good, and gave me helpful advice on when the next oil change should be. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism—it’s rare to find someone who puts the customer’s best interest first. I’ll definitely be calling Veterans Ford again when it’s time for the service. PS the service at Veterans is such a breath of fresh air compared to Parks Ford.

I forget the young man’s name who helped me with my Explorer as I brought it in for maintenance and parts from a national recall but he was extremely professional and welcoming. The staff as a whole asked me many times with a smile on their face if I needed anything. This all contributed to a great experience and I would definitely use veterans ford again for any future needs.

First I wanna say I had a horrible experience at BRANDON FORD. 2ND. ( Veterans Ford Changed that completely. ) They really made me feel like they cared and like I was family there. I dealt with Patrick he was really great. Absolutely best service i could receive! I called several other dealers about my recall and they all blew me off. I called Veterans and spoke with Ryan and he got me in the next morning no questions asked and when I arrived he got me checked in and my vehicle going quickly, he made sure I was updated the entire time and made sure my vehicle was completed in the appropriate time frame I was given. By far the best service and customer service I’ve received from ford or their employees in a long while. Thank you again Ryan for your A1 service see you again soon for more service needs.

Internet experience started a great day; after hours AI confirmed the White 2026 Escape still available, followed by permission to view short clip with General Mgr name and phone. Now that is the Made in Detroit Way! No BS that u get with presumptuous Chevy dealerships near campus. Followed up with extremely nice staff A-Z. I am doing an injustice by not naming all of them. Tay, Trey (Service), Darrell, the OH Dude, and the other mid-westener Rock Detriot-Style. I just might buy another Ford Vehicle from Veterans Ford Tampa. Lastly, Veteran’s Ford Tampa honored me as a Nephew to Uncle Mike who worked for Fords in the D, voluntarily joined the Navy, then went back to Ford in Detroit and retired with time served during Navy Tour. I went in for my first 5k maintenance service. Ryan S. was my service rep and was personable, very communicative, and friendly. Ryan said it was probably going to take an hour 45 to complete but he got me out of there in an hour 30, which I much appreciate. Ford offers to pickup and drop off your vehicle, free of charge, for any maintenance so I will definitely be utilizing that perk for my next service. Everything went smoothly, they weren’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need, and they completed everything in sufficient time.

I love the service guy that helped me. But my sunroof is still not fixed. They told me it is a different problem. I feel the first problem caused the second problem. I will admit it is frustrating because now I have to deal with another issue and this is all out of pocket expenses
