I called around to different Ford service departments about a warning light concerning the transmission shift system in my Maverick. Matt at Veterans Ford was the most responsive service advisor I encountered so I decided to take my truck there. His explanation of their process was clear and, in fact, they diagnosed the problem quickly and I got the truck back within a day. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

I hate car shopping! That's the truth, but Veteran's Ford took away the frustration of buying a new truck. They didn't try to talk me out of buying the truck we initially went to test drive. It wasn't what we needed and so Tony stepped up and helped us search the inventory for the truck that met our parameters. He took us for a test drive and he is quite knowledgeable about Ford trucks. Mark, the new car director, helped work out all the offer details and financing terms that we could live with. Jonathan made sure everything was finalized and gave us time to think and look to be sure the truck would fit our needs. Jason finalized all the paperwork (he's also a Michigan fan - #GoBlue). All in all, we left the dealership with a new truck that wasn't overboard, but still big enough for what we needed. This was the most pleasant vehicle purchases I have ever made. I highly recommend checking out Veteran's Ford. A huge thank you for the great service I received on my F-150 transmission warranty work!! I was kept well informed and updated, and it was finished in record time! I am so glad we went out our way to find Veteran's Ford! It is well worth the drive from Zephyrhills!

Patrick and the entire team were simply amazing from start to finish. The process took a little over a week with Thanksgiving in the middle of it, due to scheduling conflicts and timing, however Patrick delivered exactly as he promised, without a hitch, bubble, or snafu. After shopping dealers closer to our house and experiencing the brush off, Patrick made the 3 hour drive to Veteran's Ford well worth the time and adventure to pick up the new Raptor.

I recently had my daughter's 2014 Mustang GT in Veteran Ford's service dept. for an electrical repair. Although they had issues programming the car George kept me informed of the progress the entire time. He assured me the problems would be resolved in which they were. While they were servicing the car they noticed that the horn also wasn't working and called to see if I wanted that fixed as well. This was the first time that I've dealt with Veteran Ford and was very pleased with the way they do business. I've been at some other Ford dealerships in the area and have sworn never to go back to them. I want to thank Veteran Ford and especially George who handled my case so professionally for making my experience a positive one.

Excellent experience working with Ryan S. I was able to bring my SUV in the Monday I called. He called me by phone at least daily to update me on progress of the work order as I needed the Explorer to tow my camper out of town. The only letdown was the tech who failed to check washer fluid & let Ryan down. A plus was the cashier who offered to check my point balance & saved me a bit on my bill. I purchased the Explorer from Veteran's Ford in March 2020 & realized the benefit of the Extended Warranty which paid for itself with this visit. Found the truck I wanted online and worked with Shane. We negotiated a fair deal over the phone, and he brought the truck from their Orlando dealership to Tampa. The truck was detailed and ready when I arrived, and Shane made the buying process easy. While I did not have a perfect experience later on in the process, I want to focus this on Shane. He was great to work with, and I would buy from here again because of him.

I’m really impressed with the service at Ford Veterans. The staff is extremely polite, courteous, and quick a big difference compared to my past experiences. I had previously taken my car to Ford Clearwater five different times for the same A/C problem, and every time it kept breaking again. When I finally brought it to the Veterans location, they were able to diagnose the issue correctly and fix it. So far the A/C is working great. I truly appreciate the professionalism and the quality of service here. Highly recommend!

I'm a 64-year-old woman who needed help really bad with her car I took it to the veterans Ford dealership and they treated me like gold Mr Matt take care of me help me in so many ways while I was having problems with the insurance he got a hold of them worked with me and kept on them until they help the company treated me like I was family I would go there for anything and recommend anyone to go there believe me I've never been treated so good by any company or any car dealership they treated me the best got me through it 100% in a rating of five stars I give them 100 they're worth more than five stars and I greatly appreciate them in so many ways I'm proud I went there very happy with their company everyone treated me very well I would urge anyone to take their automobile there or to buy one from them they're the best better than all the rest 100% better than anyone I've ever dealt with I would never go anywhere else and I thank them with all my heart

Susan O'Dell was our adviser She was the best yet at Veterans Ford. She let us know what I needed for my 2020 Ford Edge which was Tires which we chose to get somewhere else and there was no pressure from her which most others do so that was most appreciated. That was on Tuesday the 28th of May. So on Thursday the 30th we brought my husband's 2018 Ford F150 in for his service. The same as with my car. Susan O'Dell let us know what was needed and instead of the pressure from the other Service Advisors we have delt with and not done the survey for. She is the one who we will always ask for. Nice experience, my advisor Ryan was very helpful and informative. I went in for an oil and filter change, tire rotation and fluids exchange. My vehicle was completed while I waited in the customer lounge which was comfortable, the complimentary coffee was delicious.

I expected a hassle to get recall work taken care of but ended up with true customer service! My Expedition was fixed of in my St Pete driveway! Not kept for days at the dealership. All my questions were answered and i was treated me with respect. What a pleasant change from my previous experience with the Ford Dealership near me. I'd be happy to travel to Tampa to have my vehicle maintained if it can't be done in my driveway. I highly recommend you give them a try! I'm glad I did!

Matt was great. The process was easy! In and out! Oil changes and an inspection isn’t quick. I take my truck here for a reason, I want them to look it over! They do! But it’s not a quick thing. I want the person looking at my truck to take their time and make sure they see everything! When I hook up to my 27,000lb RV. I want peace of mind knowing it was looked over!

Susan is exceptional. Although I reside in St. Petersburg, my workplace is located near the dealership, which serves as the primary service center for my Ford vehicle. Despite living within two miles of an AutoNation Ford, their service department does not meet the same high standards.

replaced my crankshaft position sensor on my 2013 mustang gt and then took my car to veterans ford to have them re-learn the sensor to my vehicle. i paid right around $380 for this service which is pricey but seems fair. additionally i was told it would be 2 hours for this service but got my car back in less than an hour which was a nice bonus. ryan took care of me and was very helpful, super cool dude.

My apartment was at 2pm. I got there at 1pm. Pulled up one of the Service providers. Open me door. Felt Llike VIP. All went well from there. Shutter to my place and back to the dealership. With my ford points and the wonderful discount the great employee Service employee who is helping me five stars. Bill came up 1/2 of the I originally price.
