I have to give credit to this Ford dealership! From the salesman, finance managers to the service advisors! I bought a used Tacoma from them that came with the blue ford warranty! There was a small leak on the timing chain cover which I found out by taking it to another technician! Susan my service advisor took great care of the situation! Thank you Susan!

We recently travelled from Tennessee to Veterans Ford in Tampa, FL to purchase a used F-350 Lariat Ultimate from Bryan. This was the easiest truck buying experience we’ve ever had. Everything was set up and ready to go for us when we arrived and was headache free. We would definitely do business with Bryan and Veterans Ford again.

Friendly and great service. Had my 2025 ford bronco towed just before closing on a Friday evening. My service advisor was great. Monday morning I had a rental arranged for me. Needed a new engine. It was ordered, put in and my bronco was back to me that Friday.

Tay was a phenomenal salesman. It was my first EV purchase and I'm from out of state as well. He took the extra time to explain everything in detail with me and made sure I knew what I was getting. Noticed a minor issue during the walk-around of the vehicle but he made sure it was properly fixed before I even got into financing. Speaking of financing Jason also explained all of the paperwork (and the extra out of state sale papers) which was seamless. I've been to multiple dealers in different states but these 2 gentlemen treated me like a person first and not just a quota they were getting. Very happy with the purchase!!

Fighting to get parts faster...clear updates text msgs ..stages with expectations set , details..I needed dealer experience for my SUV issue...fixed right first time. Veterans Ford really helped me out .. so this review is for service team showing the customer they care. And really fighting for parts on time ...for me. I paid for fixed right and got a lot more value with service than expected..

I had walked in after being at several other dealerships and met with Hector Negron. From the start he was great. He answered all my questions and even helped me with my trade in. I had out of state plates and insurance and when it came to dealing with that Veterans Ford and Hector took care of it. Dustin Deans in service did a phenomenal job with my F-150. Very professional and communicative throughout the whole process. My truck was with Veterans Ford for a week with a radio issue and his team took really good care of me including taking care of a rental vehicle for me to drive while my truck was with them. Great dealer to service my truck. I have been a customer for about 10 years. They serviced my 2013 f150 raptor and now my 2023 raptor. Good service advisors, I am a car guy and they always listen to my concerns and always take good care of my vehicles. Fair pricing, work quality is good, and they never get pushy with unnecessary services, this is what brings me back. I asked for 2 things an oil change and a tire rotation. I made the appointment weeks in advance, waited for my truck service, used Ford points and refused the offered extra services I knew i could handily do myself. I realize this is where they make their living in service and perhaps when I need something, covered or not, if they treat me fairly, I will remain a loyal customer.

I reached out to Veterans Ford for a mobile oil change, but after Adam checked my vehicle, he told me it wasn’t time yet. Instead of just doing the service anyway, he inspected all my fluids, made sure everything looked good, and gave me helpful advice on when the next oil change should be. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism—it’s rare to find someone who puts the customer’s best interest first. I’ll definitely be calling Veterans Ford again when it’s time for the service. PS the service at Veterans is such a breath of fresh air compared to Parks Ford.

First I wanna say I had a horrible experience at BRANDON FORD. 2ND. ( Veterans Ford Changed that completely. ) They really made me feel like they cared and like I was family there. I dealt with Patrick he was really great. Took his time and showed me everything about the Ford Bronco I was buying and answered all my concerns and questions he had a lot of patience with me which I was really grateful for. I’m really Glad I didn’t let my bad experience at Brandon Ford ruin me going to a different Ford dealership. I RECOMMEND VETERANS FORD if you wanna be treated LIKE FAMILY. Not just a wallet. Absolutely best service i could receive! I called several other dealers about my recall and they all blew me off. I called Veterans and spoke with Ryan and he got me in the next morning no questions asked and when I arrived he got me checked in and my vehicle going quickly, he made sure I was updated the entire time and made sure my vehicle was completed in the appropriate time frame I was given. By far the best service and customer service I’ve received from ford or their employees in a long while. Thank you again Ryan for your A1 service see you again soon for more service needs.

Internet experience started a great day; after hours AI confirmed the White 2026 Escape still available, followed by permission to view short clip with General Mgr name and phone. Now that is the Made in Detroit Way! No BS that u get with presumptuous Chevy dealerships near campus. Followed up with extremely nice staff A-Z. I am doing an injustice by not naming all of them. Tay, Trey (Service), Darrell, the OH Dude, and the other mid-westener Rock Detriot-Style. I just might buy another Ford Vehicle from Veterans Ford Tampa. Lastly, Veteran’s Ford Tampa honored me as a Nephew to Uncle Mike who worked for Fords in the D, voluntarily joined the Navy, then went back to Ford in Detroit and retired with time served during Navy Tour. I went in for my first 5k maintenance service. Ryan S. was my service rep and was personable, very communicative, and friendly. Ryan said it was probably going to take an hour 45 to complete but he got me out of there in an hour 30, which I much appreciate. Ford offers to pickup and drop off your vehicle, free of charge, for any maintenance so I will definitely be utilizing that perk for my next service. Everything went smoothly, they weren’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need, and they completed everything in sufficient time.

I love the service guy that helped me. But my sunroof is still not fixed. They told me it is a different problem. I feel the first problem caused the second problem. I will admit it is frustrating because now I have to deal with another issue and this is all out of pocket expenses
