Service Advisor Matt was great to work with. I had a Check Engine light that was caused by me messing with my truck and he helped me understand and figure out my problem. I then went in and he had the Error reset. Excellent guidance!

I purchased a very nice , low mileage 2023 Ford Explorer Timberline from Veterans Ford. Shane, our salesperson, was very pleasant and straightforward. They gave us a fair value on the trade in and the process took maybe an hour. Overall a good experience.

Fast, friendly service. I arrived for my appointment a few minutes early and was immediately assigned a service rep. Dustin (I think was his name) was very friendly and attentive to my requests and made sure he understood exactly what work I was requesting. He and another rep provided some great guidance regarding questions I had about a specific issue. Dustin was able to provide me with an estimate for the service requested and offered a 15% discount since I'm a veteran. The vehicle receiving area was very large and accommodating and the service office was well staffed and very clean. I did not wait on the vehicle, so I can't rate the waiting area. The communication was great as I was informed each time my vehicle moved to a different stage of service. The service was completed more quickly than estimated and I had no issues with the checkout/payment process and pick up. The individual that processed the paperwork was very friendly and competed everything in a timely manner (no long waits). Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received today. I highly recommend Veterans Ford!

Patrick Borders did an excellent job in demonstrating how to operate everything in our new Mustang when we arrived to pick it up. He did not rush us and answered all our questions. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Believe it or not most of my car buying experience was done via text’s with Shane my salesperson at Veterans Ford. I knew the vehicle i wanted and Shane found it for me. Took a couple of days to get it to the dealership but it was worth the wait. The purchasing process was a fast and easy as I’ve ever experienced. I would recommend Veterans Ford to anyone looking for a ford vehicle. Well I forgot to bring my title with me when trading my truck in. Shane drove the 38miles back to my house to pick up the title saving me the time and inconvenience. Again if you’re looking to buy, look Shane up. Good guy

Susan O'Dell was our adviser She was the best yet at Veterans Ford. She let us know what I needed for my 2020 Ford Edge which was Tires which we chose to get somewhere else and there was no pressure from her which most others do so that was most appreciated. That was on Tuesday the 28th of May. So on Thursday the 30th we brought my husband's 2018 Ford F150 in for his service. The same as with my car. Susan O'Dell let us know what was needed and instead of the pressure from the other Service Advisors we have delt with and not done the survey for. She is the one who we will always ask for. Susan amazing I was a costumer for another ford dealer and compared to this one I will come back. My only complain would be that waiting area and amenities while you waiting could be better, a proper furniture. Besides that Susan was amazing and helpful.

Nice experience, my advisor Ryan was very helpful and informative. I went in for an oil and filter change, tire rotation and fluids exchange. My vehicle was completed while I waited in the customer lounge which was comfortable, the complimentary coffee was delicious.

I expected a hassle to get recall work taken care of but ended up with true customer service! My Expedition was fixed of in my St Pete driveway! Not kept for days at the dealership. All my questions were answered and i was treated me with respect. What a pleasant change from my previous experience with the Ford Dealership near me. I'd be happy to travel to Tampa to have my vehicle maintained if it can't be done in my driveway. I highly recommend you give them a try! I'm glad I did!

Matt was great. The process was easy! In and out! Oil changes and an inspection isn’t quick. I take my truck here for a reason, I want them to look it over! They do! But it’s not a quick thing. I want the person looking at my truck to take their time and make sure they see everything! When I hook up to my 27,000lb RV. I want peace of mind knowing it was looked over!

Susan is exceptional. Although I reside in St. Petersburg, my workplace is located near the dealership, which serves as the primary service center for my Ford vehicle. Despite living within two miles of an AutoNation Ford, their service department does not meet the same high standards.

replaced my crankshaft position sensor on my 2013 mustang gt and then took my car to veterans ford to have them re-learn the sensor to my vehicle. i paid right around $380 for this service which is pricey but seems fair. additionally i was told it would be 2 hours for this service but got my car back in less than an hour which was a nice bonus. ryan took care of me and was very helpful, super cool dude.

My apartment was at 2pm. I got there at 1pm. Pulled up one of the Service providers. Open me door. Felt Llike VIP. All went well from there. Shutter to my place and back to the dealership. With my ford points and the wonderful discount the great employee Service employee who is helping me five stars. Bill came up 1/2 of the I originally price.
