Our salesman Steve Butler was very nice and courteous about what kind of truck, me/my wife was looking for.. Steve helped out a lot with making sure that we weren’t going to settle with a truck we didn’t want. Plus couldn’t afford in our budget. I know a lot of other dealerships need to have more salesmen, like Steve.

I went to Veterans Ford for an oil change and inspection. The service manager was very nice and said that they were running a little behind but they still got my vehicle in on time and serviced. Veterans Ford is awesome!!!

Very friendly atmosphere. I found a car I liked online. The price was as advertised and there was no add ons to where the price is thousands more as i had this happen to me before. It’s great experience as of the courtesy service provided by the team especially Ryan and Linale. It made the transition so much easier to cope with. I recently had my daughter's 2014 Mustang GT in Veteran Ford's service dept. for an electrical repair. Although they had issues programming the car George kept me informed of the progress the entire time. He assured me the problems would be resolved in which they were. While they were servicing the car they noticed that the horn also wasn't working and called to see if I wanted that fixed as well. This was the first time that I've dealt with Veteran Ford and was very pleased with the way they do business. I've been at some other Ford dealerships in the area and have sworn never to go back to them. I want to thank Veteran Ford and especially George who handled my case so professionally for making my experience a positive one.

Excellent experience working with Ryan S. I was able to bring my SUV in the Monday I called. He called me by phone at least daily to update me on progress of the work order as I needed the Explorer to tow my camper out of town. The only letdown was the tech who failed to check washer fluid & let Ryan down. A plus was the cashier who offered to check my point balance & saved me a bit on my bill. I purchased the Explorer from Veteran's Ford in March 2020 & realized the benefit of the Extended Warranty which paid for itself with this visit. I look forward to working with Ryan & Veteran's Ford in the future. Diana F.

Found the truck I wanted online and worked with Shane. We negotiated a fair deal over the phone, and he brought the truck from their Orlando dealership to Tampa. The truck was detailed and ready when I arrived, and Shane made the buying process easy. While I did not have a perfect experience later on in the process, I want to focus this on Shane. He was great to work with, and I would buy from here again because of him.

I’m really impressed with the service at Ford Veterans. The staff is extremely polite, courteous, and quick a big difference compared to my past experiences. I had previously taken my car to Ford Clearwater five different times for the same A/C problem, and every time it kept breaking again. When I finally brought it to the Veterans location, they were able to diagnose the issue correctly and fix it. So far the A/C is working great. I truly appreciate the professionalism and the quality of service here. Highly recommend!

I'm a 64-year-old woman who needed help really bad with her car I took it to the veterans Ford dealership and they treated me like gold Mr Matt take care of me help me in so many ways while I was having problems with the insurance he got a hold of them worked with me and kept on them until they help the company treated me like I was family I would go there for anything and recommend anyone to go there believe me I've never been treated so good by any company or any car dealership they treated me the best got me through it 100% in a rating of five stars I give them 100 they're worth more than five stars and I greatly appreciate them in so many ways I'm proud I went there very happy with their company everyone treated me very well I would urge anyone to take their automobile there or to buy one from them they're the best better than all the rest 100% better than anyone I've ever dealt with I would never go anywhere else and I thank them with all my heart

Fast, friendly service. I arrived for my appointment a few minutes early and was immediately assigned a service rep. Dustin (I think was his name) was very friendly and attentive to my requests and made sure he understood exactly what work I was requesting. He and another rep provided some great guidance regarding questions I had about a specific issue. Dustin was able to provide me with an estimate for the service requested and offered a 15% discount since I'm a veteran. The vehicle receiving area was very large and accommodating and the service office was well staffed and very clean. I did not wait on the vehicle, so I can't rate the waiting area. The communication was great as I was informed each time my vehicle moved to a different stage of service. The service was completed more quickly than estimated and I had no issues with the checkout/payment process and pick up. The individual that processed the paperwork was very friendly and competed everything in a timely manner (no long waits). Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received today. I highly recommend Veterans Ford!

One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Believe it or not most of my car buying experience was done via text’s with Shane my salesperson at Veterans Ford. I knew the vehicle i wanted and Shane found it for me. Took a couple of days to get it to the dealership but it was worth the wait. The purchasing process was a fast and easy as I’ve ever experienced. I would recommend Veterans Ford to anyone looking for a ford vehicle. Well I forgot to bring my title with me when trading my truck in. Shane drove the 38miles back to my house to pick up the title saving me the time and inconvenience. Again if you’re looking to buy, look Shane up. Good guy

I highly recommend asking for Andro if you visit this dealership. I was looking online at a specific car, and Andro was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind in providing me with the information and videos of the vehicle I requested. After careful consideration, I ultimately decided not to purchase the car due to some features I didn’t need, though there was nothing inherently wrong with the vehicle. Despite that, Andro was very understanding, and at no point during our conversations did I feel pressured to make a purchase. He provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Overall, my experience with him was a refreshing change from the stressful car-buying experience people often expect. If I decide to buy a car from this dealership in the future, Andro will be the first person I contact.

I always dread having to go through the process of buying a new vehicle. From dealing with the overly persistent sales guys to sitting for hours haggling rates and dealing with loads of paper work. This was not the case this time. I had a new sales guy named Devin help us out. He made the whole process so quick and easy. He listened to what my husband and I were requesting and our goal and nailed it! This is our second purchase from Veterans Ford in 2 years, and I would go back again. My only thing I would recommend to their team is offering at least a water while sitting there waiting. Over all it was great working with them again.

Great customer service! The staff really listened to my situation when I explained that I didn’t have the funds at the moment. They didn’t pressure me or try to push me into anything I couldn’t afford. I really appreciated their understanding, patience, and professionalism. Great sales experience at Veterans Ford! Patrick from internet sales is excellent and I highly recommend him! Our home had a major fire on 6/15 and my 2025 Bronco Badlands was destroyed in the fire. Patrick was compassionate and caring about the situation and worked to find me a 2026 model that had everything my 2025 had, and he was patient and held the vehicle for me while I worked through the frustratingly slow insurance process! Hard to find people who truly care about their customers these days, so this was a wonderful experience at a difficult time in our lives when we’d just lost everything!

I recently brought my Bronco in for a transmission issue only to find out I had a front tire that was separating. Spoke with Ryan service advisor and he was awesome at finding a deal to replace all 4 tires. Took care of it and it drives great! Solid service advisor knows what he’s talking about and kept me informed the whole time

The buying experience was great. They valued my trade-in car at a good price. I ended up not getting the car I intended to buy due to spec, but John was very friendly and patient. He listened to what I want out of my car, and recommended another one. I ended up with a car that I love to drive. Also, I left something at the dealership, I texted John the next day, and he found it in the car we test drove. I would have never gotten it back if John wasn’t thorough about it. I’m a very happy customer.

First time bringing my car in for service since I bought it for routine 10k oil change and to check a nail in my tire. Matt from the service department is very personable and made the whole process seamless. He kept me in the loop about everything, calling me after the diagnosis and after the oil change was done to let me know they were looking at the tire and would be done shortly. Overall would definitely come back.

I recently brought my 2024 Bronco in to the service center again, this time because the window switches broke off. Ryan was my service representative who ordered the parts and arranged the repair appt. He was very polite and informative. It took about a month and a half for the parts to arrive at the service center but as soon as the parts arrived I was able to bring my car in for the repair. My switches look brand new again. While the Bronco has been nothing but a pain for me (plastic fender popped off, water pump replacement and window switches breaking) the service center is always very kind and gets the issue resolved.

The two mechanics you sent to my house I've never met two intelligent people that work on cars in my life.. very polite very professional answered questions.. I would keep those two guys they are good for your business you need people like that working for you..( last time I took my car there I had very poor service) this time they were mobile mechanics couldn't have asked for anything better just there acknowledgment was so professional. If there's any incentive to give these two men I would absolutely give it to them.. I can tell you now I know not all of your employees have their integrity of representing your company like that. Please make sure that they acknowledge that somebody gave them a good compliment I wish everybody worked like them honest. As I mentioned you need people like them to represent your company. It's always nice to get a compliment instead of a complaint.

2026 update: The Service Department is second to none! Matt and Jack keep us coming back. My car and my husband's truck are kept running smoothly with regular maintenance. I never feel pressured to get services I don't need. Do I recommend Veteran's Ford? Absolutely! Original review in 2016: My husband wanted a new truck and I was going to buy my first brand new car since 1978. I contacted several dealerships of various manufacturers. I did my homework and wanted to see what was available. My comparison of three Tampa dealerships, resulted in Veteran's Ford having the best prices. I spoke with William Smallwood on the phone. He listened to what I wanted let me know he and his staff were ready help us make an informed purchase. Before getting to Veteran's Ford, we stopped at another dealership. I test drove two cars. We left there angry, because I felt that I was being strong armed into a car I wasn't sure I wanted. I didn't want to look any more, but I gave my word to William that we would come in. I am so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was totally different. William put us with Sean Bergen. Sean made buying our new Ford F-150 and Focus a pleasure. He listened to our wants and needs and directed us to the right vehicles. He didn't try to strong arm us into something we didn't want. He explained the differences between the vehicles we looked at and what we could expect from our purchase. He asked all the right questions and walked me to the perfect car. I only test drove one. It was THE one! Then we went about the business of finding my husband his new F-150. Sean made buying our new Ford F-150 and Focus a pleasure. David Griffith made the closing procedure enjoyable. He is knowledgeable, friendly and made us laugh. He made the mundane task of signing forms and reviewing terms not only pleasant, but entertaining. He offered us products and explained the benefits of each. He made us feel comfortable and never made us feel pressured. We left happy with our purchases. The staff at Veterans Ford shatters the concept of the stereotypical car sale transaction. We walked in feeling battered by the previous dealership, but we left with two new vehicles and a restored faith in what car buying should look like. Update 2023: We have bought our seventh vehicle from Sean Bergen and staff, as he has been rightly promoted. Since the original purchases in 2016, we bought two more in 2018. We took my husband's mother to buy her new car when her previous dealership acted uninterested in helping her. Sean and staff to the rescue. Last year I had to replace my beloved car when it was totalled due to an inattentive driver who slammed into the back of us while we were stopped. Sean, once again, found me the perfect car. Yesterday, my husband drove home in his brand new 2023 F150. Enter Justin Slimak. He made the sale easy. Justin kept us informed every step of the way. He made sure everything was ready before my husband got there. The paperwork was prepared. The truck was fully gassed up with a giant bow on top. Once again, Sean and staff shattered the stereotype of car buying. Do I recommend Veteran's Ford? Absolutely!

We had a great experience with the purchase of our new Ford Maverick. Shane was knowledgeable, patient answering all of our questions and showing us different options. We were in and out with the car in an hour and a half. Let me first start off by saying John was the best salesman I’ve ever had. Not zealous about making the deal or overbearing about calls. He made me comfortable enough to even come into the dealership off of my inquiry I think that’s the Virginia in him. We’re very calculated but calm people. Smooth transaction- Romario Morales listened to what I was looking for and was always prepared for our visits.
