I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our Service Representative Ryan Sidorowicz was great. We brought our car in for a recall and were in a time crunch to get it done before my son had to leave out of town. Ryan said he would have it completed by the end of day on Monday and was able to get it back to us 6 hours early and the car was back at our house at 2:00. Thanks for everything.

Excellent customer service! This was my first time visiting this dealership. I used to go to the one on Dale Mandy, where I purchased my car, but the customer service there was always disappointing. I have bought, sold, traded almost 40 cars in my lifetime. Some are good experiences, and some are terrible. Additionally I am in high end sales as well. While I didn’t end up buying here, the sales and negotiating practices here were the very best, one could ask for. Sean was an extreme pleasure to work with, extremely competent, knew his stuff and was very responsive through out the process. I have no illusions had I purchased here the same care and competence would have trickled down through the organization. It seems to be the company culture and that is set the highest level. “There is nothing more insulting to a great salesman than having to listen to a bad salesman. It’s like a great basketball player having to listen to a bad basketball player”. Micheal Scott Edit: It’s been almost a year since my purchase. As previously stated I did not buy from here, but that was only due to them not having the exact spec truck I wanted. But I did need to take it in for service and the SA (Linale) was very nice, competent and kept me updated every step of the way. Even found a warranty issue I was not aware of (not a recall) and took care of it. My experience here continues to impress. I hope they stay this way and if so I will be buying my next cars here. I was given clear options right away, which made it easy to see what could be done to help me leave with a new vehicle that same day. Sebastian went above and beyond—putting in the effort, exploring every option, and making sure nothing was overlooked. He worked closely with his management team, who were also phenomenal in reviewing every possibility to ensure I had the best outcome. I originally expected to come in for a 2024 F-150, but thanks to their dedication, I drove home in a 2025 F-150 Lightning—far beyond what I imagined! A bit overdue, but still wanted to provide my feedback on the purchase process. Sebastian, the salesman, did a fantastic job providing us with an overview and a demonstration of all the features that Ford F-150 Lightning has to offer and provided us with a detailed comparison of different trims to make sure we purchased exactly what we wanted. THIS IS A NEGATIVE REVIEW. If I put one star it would not be listed first. Stay away from their service department. I took my 2015 Edge last year and they told me it was not worth repairing. They gave us $500 to trade it in for a used car that we purchased there. A year later and we are having issues with the used car we purchased at Veterans. I was able to get a hold of my 2015 Ford Edge Car Fax Report and was able to see that it was sold and it still going strong. I wish I would have gotten a second opinion. I probably could have fixed my old vehicle and not get stuck with a 10-year-old used car that we are still paying for and needing several repairs. It's not right and something needs to be done about all these lying mechanics and shops.

I recently brought in my Bronco for 2 recalls including rear view camera replacement and software update. I was told the parts were in fact in and schedules the appt. I came there only to be told the recall does. It impact the 2022 Ford Bronco- yet the Ford website says it does as does NHTA when checking my vin. Please advise what is going on with this and provide proof the recall does not impact my vehicle.

Susan O'Dell was our adviser She was the best yet at Veterans Ford. She let us know what I needed for my 2020 Ford Edge which was Tires which we chose to get somewhere else and there was no pressure from her which most others do so that was most appreciated. That was on Tuesday the 28th of May. So on Thursday the 30th we brought my husband's 2018 Ford F150 in for his service. The same as with my car. Susan O'Dell let us know what was needed and instead of the pressure from the other Service Advisors we have delt with and not done the survey for. She is the one who we will always ask for. I expected a hassle to get recall work taken care of but ended up with true customer service! My Expedition was fixed of in my St Pete driveway! Not kept for days at the dealership. All my questions were answered and i was treated me with respect. What a pleasant change from my previous experience with the Ford Dealership near me. I'd be happy to travel to Tampa to have my vehicle maintained if it can't be done in my driveway. I highly recommend you give them a try! I'm glad I did!

Matt was great. The process was easy! In and out! Oil changes and an inspection isn’t quick. I take my truck here for a reason, I want them to look it over! They do! But it’s not a quick thing. I want the person looking at my truck to take their time and make sure they see everything! When I hook up to my 27,000lb RV. I want peace of mind knowing it was looked over!

Susan is exceptional. Although I reside in St. Petersburg, my workplace is located near the dealership, which serves as the primary service center for my Ford vehicle. Despite living within two miles of an AutoNation Ford, their service department does not meet the same high standards.

replaced my crankshaft position sensor on my 2013 mustang gt and then took my car to veterans ford to have them re-learn the sensor to my vehicle. i paid right around $380 for this service which is pricey but seems fair. additionally i was told it would be 2 hours for this service but got my car back in less than an hour which was a nice bonus. ryan took care of me and was very helpful, super cool dude.

I took my truck in because it was experiencing an odd vibration when in motion. Took my car in and Ryan was great. They texted updates and photos. When it came time for the estimate and Ryan was completely transparent. My apartment was at 2pm. I got there at 1pm. Pulled up one of the Service providers. Open me door. Felt Llike VIP. All went well from there. Shutter to my place and back to the dealership. With my ford points and the wonderful discount the great employee Service employee who is helping me five stars. Bill came up 1/2 of the I originally price.
