I took my 2016 Ford Escape to Veterans Ford for an oil change. My service representative was Trey and he was very helpful. He kept me updated on each step that was completed on my car and I would definitely recommend him and Veterans Ford for any future car needs you may have in the future.

It’s been 3 months since I bought this CPO Mustang Mach-E GT from Veterans Ford. I sent it in for the 20K mile service, and told them my concern with a speaker. They resolved the problem and performed routine service quickly. Trey was helpful as usual and I really appreciate the attention to detail. I’m a happy customer, thank you!!

I reached out to Veterans Ford for a mobile oil change, but after Adam checked my vehicle, he told me it wasn’t time yet. Instead of just doing the service anyway, he inspected all my fluids, made sure everything looked good, and gave me helpful advice on when the next oil change should be. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism—it’s rare to find someone who puts the customer’s best interest first. I’ll definitely be calling Veterans Ford again when it’s time for the service. PS the service at Veterans is such a breath of fresh air compared to Parks Ford.

First I wanna say I had a horrible experience at BRANDON FORD. 2ND. ( Veterans Ford Changed that completely. ) They really made me feel like they cared and like I was family there. I dealt with Patrick he was really great. Took his time and showed me everything about the Ford Bronco I was buying and answered all my concerns and questions he had a lot of patience with me which I was really grateful for. I’m really Glad I didn’t let my bad experience at Brandon Ford ruin me going to a different Ford dealership. I RECOMMEND VETERANS FORD if you wanna be treated LIKE FAMILY. Not just a wallet. Absolutely best service i could receive! I called several other dealers about my recall and they all blew me off. I called Veterans and spoke with Ryan and he got me in the next morning no questions asked and when I arrived he got me checked in and my vehicle going quickly, he made sure I was updated the entire time and made sure my vehicle was completed in the appropriate time frame I was given. By far the best service and customer service I’ve received from ford or their employees in a long while. Thank you again Ryan for your A1 service see you again soon for more service needs.

Internet experience started a great day; after hours AI confirmed the White 2026 Escape still available, followed by permission to view short clip with General Mgr name and phone. Now that is the Made in Detroit Way! No BS that u get with presumptuous Chevy dealerships near campus. Followed up with extremely nice staff A-Z. I am doing an injustice by not naming all of them. Tay, Trey (Service), Darrell, the OH Dude, and the other mid-westener Rock Detriot-Style. I just might buy another Ford Vehicle from Veterans Ford Tampa. Lastly, Veteran’s Ford Tampa honored me as a Nephew to Uncle Mike who worked for Fords in the D, voluntarily joined the Navy, then went back to Ford in Detroit and retired with time served during Navy Tour. I went in for my first 5k maintenance service. Ryan S. was my service rep and was personable, very communicative, and friendly. Ryan said it was probably going to take an hour 45 to complete but he got me out of there in an hour 30, which I much appreciate. Ford offers to pickup and drop off your vehicle, free of charge, for any maintenance so I will definitely be utilizing that perk for my next service. Everything went smoothly, they weren’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need, and they completed everything in sufficient time.

I love the service guy that helped me. But my sunroof is still not fixed. They told me it is a different problem. I feel the first problem caused the second problem. I will admit it is frustrating because now I have to deal with another issue and this is all out of pocket expenses

I filled my 2020 Escape and exited the gas station. Pulled up to put my card away and the vehicle stalled and wouldn't restart. After several minutes, it restarted and I went straight to Veterans Ford. Dustin, my Service advisor saw the problem and got it back for diagnostic evaluation. Everything was very professional and I was in/out in ~2.5 hrs! I was given more on my trade in than initially quoted. I approached dealer about a truck they advertised on Cars.com. I am local to dealer, but they agreed to negotiate via email/text. Thier initial offer was too high for me so I declined. They reapproached me two days later with a better offer. We negotiated that offer and I agreed to purchase a truck. Unfortunately, only several minutes after we agreed to a deal, they informed me that truck has a deposit on it and is reserved for another customer. They immediately offered to find me another truck in their dealer network. I inquired about a truck that wasn't in their dealer group, and they agreed to try and get that unit. They secured it same day from another local dealer, stuck to the terms of our original deal, and delivered it to me same day. Entire staff was forthright, honest, friendly, reasonable, with no funny surprises. I would buy from here again.

Matt was very helpful and was great at communicating about the process of getting my engine replaced. I didn’t even have to call to check in on the vehicle. He kept me up to speed on everything. Also I’d like to give a huge shout out to the mechanic team for getting the job done so fast and being very thorough. Been having an issue with my truck recently and can’t seem to narrow it down on my own. I am a previous car, now airplane mechanic. Buttt I don’t like the smell of gear oil for brunch, so I took it in for a front differential service. Took it in quickly, and sent the pictures and videos I requested as it was part of my trouble shooting. Initially the tech serviced the wrong differential but it was an honest confusion and Susan (my service advisor) immediately comped the incorrect service and did the correct one I asked for. Great business practice in my book. Was all done and truck was waiting for me out front within a couple of hours. And Susan was communicating the entire time via text. If I need any dealer service help, I’ll definitely be coming here.

Looking for a F250 Tremor unable to find in south Florida, found one at Veterans Ford in Tampa called them Chad answering he was very knowledgeable about the truck answered any questions . We made a deal over the phone & started the process. He was available to pick me up at the airport which made life easier. Arrived at dealership everything he said was true about the truck no BS or deception. Jason in financing is very thorough and was thoroughly prepared via Chad , not sure how long seemed to move very fast & drove away with a newer truck. Thank You

I went there to look at a King ranch but I ended up buying a much better fully loaded hybrid F-150 Platinum 35-in, rims brand new nitto tires. I went to veterans Ford because I wanted a vehicle that could drive like my Lincoln MKX Black label and the Platinum F-150 has all the bells and whistles that my other car had. My salesman Tony was very good explaining the vehicle and going on test drives with me. Overall It was a great experience.

Matt the service adviser has done a good job for us in the past and continues to do great work. I've bought 3 cars from Veterans and most of my services. Their work is not always the cheapest, as expected, but its solid work, solid products, good people, honest, so its my go to for my Fords. See Patrick in the sales department if you looking for a good guy, low pressure, just common sense sales. Good people.

I went to veterans Ford to purchase a vehicle. During the purchasing process, there were several glitches that occurred. However, the salesman, Romario Morales, and the new car director. Mark Cattran were very helpful. They listened to my concerns and found exactly the vehicle I needed. I appreciate their willingness to work with me and I would definitely go back to. I took my truck in for an oil change and to have some scratches on the wheel touched up. Joshua (I didn’t catch his last name) was outstanding. He went above and beyond for the entire process.
