Had my 10 K service done on my 2025 Mustang that I bought at Veterans Ford. The Ford app prompted me for the service and made it so easy to schedule a service appointment for 2 days later. Didn’t have to make phone call and go through phone menus. When I arrived, Ryan S. was there and ready to get me checked in. He gave an accurate estimate and said it should only take an hour to complete. He was great. I was on my way super quick. Outstanding service!

****August 2025 Update**** This is a service Department Update. I finally got a service advisor who was on his A Game and not only kept me informed of the safety campaign that my vehicle had and went ahead and ordered the parts and even hooked me up with a Rental Car for 24 hours. He gave me is business card and I told him He will be my Go to Service Advisor from now on as he not only showed me excellent customer service but is very Professional and will keep his customers informed on their vehicle repairs. well Done Veterans Ford Service Department ***October 2024 Update #2**** The car was overdue for a checkup and the next oil Change was coming soon. So I booked a 8:30am appointment (Arrived a little after 8 and by 8:45 my service advisor came up to me and told me they were almost done but they didn't have a filter in stock and had to go get it. So what should have been about a 1.5 to 2 hours turned into a 3.5 hour wait again. Once I was finished with service I went and talked to the Dealership owner and explained to him what's keeps happening so then he went and got the service Mgr and I explained to him everything and that I would Never buy another ford vehicle in the future from here as the service department keeps failing. The service manager gave a discount off the bill due to the lack of communication again as well as gave me his business card and told me the next time I make an appointment to let him know and he would handle me personally. With the Poor customer service in the service department I still won't buy another vehicle from this Dealership again. ********************************************* **2024 Update #1** I always make an appointment coming in for any type of service and this time the service department performed excellent and it only took about an hour and a half. 2023 Review Below The sales department back in 2020 was Great. The Service department is the worst I have ever experienced which is why I gave it only 1 star previously.

After wasting two hours at another dealership, I stopped at Veterans Ford before giving up on finding a used F-150 for the day. Despite the rain, Sebastian greeted me right away and walked the lot with me. He was extremely helpful in finding a truck that fit both my budget and specific needs. After a little negotiation, we made a deal on a great one-owner truck with a warranty, and so far, I couldn’t be happier with it!

Josh provided excellent service during my recent visit. He efficiently checked me in and clearly communicated the estimated wait time, which turned out to be remarkably accurate. He took the time to thoroughly explain the work that would be done on my vehicle, clearly outlining what was covered under warranty and what I would be responsible for. Additionally, he offered the convenience of the dealership’s shuttle service, ensuring I didn’t have to wait on-site if I preferred not to. When my vehicle was ready, it was returned to me clean and in great condition. I highly recommend Josh and Veteran’s Ford to anyone in need of service for their Ford vehicle.

I’m happy to share that my husband has traded and bought yet another vehicle with Veterans Ford. I can’t say enough about how Lorenzo Pena and his team, Steve, the Parts manager and Patrick, the Internet sales manager work together as a team to make our purchase simple as always. My husband can be difficult to work with as he goes through analysis paralysis on any purchase. Lorenzo and his team were patient and diligent. Veterans has been taking care of my 2014 Fusion hybrid since I purchased it new. The car has been trouble free so the only service she has needed have been oil changes and check ups. And a couple Ford recalls. All have been handled with efficiency. Car is returned clean and ready to go. I usually call in advance to make service appointments and I’m in and out very quickly. Just before Thanksgiving I waited a little too long to call for an oil change. I explained I had a long drive to make for the holidays and Veterans got me in and out in less than an hour - despite being very busy that day.

I visited Veterans Ford without an appointment to purchase a new battery for my 2023 F150. I asked the service department how much it would cost to install the battery. The service person said since my vehicle still had warranty time remaining, he would check to see if it was covered. I wasn't aware this was an option. He said they would have to run diagnostics to determine if it could be replaced under warranty. I was prepared to pay for the new battery and installation cost. Thanks to the service manager suggesting the warranty route, I had a new battery installed under warranty. That speaks volumes for the service dept staff. The truck was taken in and serviced in a timely manner. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. All the employees I interacted with were friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Veterans Ford for all your service and buying needs.

Great service and the associate I worked with actually discovered that I had over $200 in credits I could use toward the cost of the work I had done! Only complaint is after my oil change they didn’t reset the mileage so when I check the app it says my oil only has 65% life remaining?

I hate car shopping. I truly do. For my “new to me” SUV, there was a long list of must haves including a price point I was comfortable with. After countless hours scouring the internet, I FINALLY found it at Veterans Ford. With financing in place prior to my visit, the last box to be ticked and seal the deal was to know what they would give me for my trade-in. At least four other dealerships saw little to no value in the expensive after market supercharger on my Ford F-150. One salesman told me they couldn’t put the truck on their lot, and it would be sold at auction. It was the exact opposite at Veterans. I had already researched the vehicle of interest (Consumer Reports, KBB, Edmunds, etc.) and knew Veterans list price was a fair one, making it worth the one hour drive from Bradenton. Mariana, my salesperson, was super friendly and Adam, the manager, was THE guy with the after-market knowledge I needed. He offered me $5K more than any other company! Overall, it was a smooth, hassle-free, and pleasant experience with no loud, obnoxious, overhead pages. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, stop in and see the Veterans difference. You’ll be glad you did.

Susan O'Dell was our adviser She was the best yet at Veterans Ford. She let us know what I needed for my 2020 Ford Edge which was Tires which we chose to get somewhere else and there was no pressure from her which most others do so that was most appreciated. That was on Tuesday the 28th of May. So on Thursday the 30th we brought my husband's 2018 Ford F150 in for his service. The same as with my car. Susan O'Dell let us know what was needed and instead of the pressure from the other Service Advisors we have delt with and not done the survey for. She is the one who we will always ask for. Susan amazing I was a costumer for another ford dealer and compared to this one I will come back. My only complain would be that waiting area and amenities while you waiting could be better, a proper furniture. Besides that Susan was amazing and helpful.

Nice experience, my advisor Ryan was very helpful and informative. I went in for an oil and filter change, tire rotation and fluids exchange. My vehicle was completed while I waited in the customer lounge which was comfortable, the complimentary coffee was delicious.

I expected a hassle to get recall work taken care of but ended up with true customer service! My Expedition was fixed of in my St Pete driveway! Not kept for days at the dealership. All my questions were answered and i was treated me with respect. What a pleasant change from my previous experience with the Ford Dealership near me. I'd be happy to travel to Tampa to have my vehicle maintained if it can't be done in my driveway. I highly recommend you give them a try! I'm glad I did!

Matt was great. The process was easy! In and out! Oil changes and an inspection isn’t quick. I take my truck here for a reason, I want them to look it over! They do! But it’s not a quick thing. I want the person looking at my truck to take their time and make sure they see everything! When I hook up to my 27,000lb RV. I want peace of mind knowing it was looked over!

Susan is exceptional. Although I reside in St. Petersburg, my workplace is located near the dealership, which serves as the primary service center for my Ford vehicle. Despite living within two miles of an AutoNation Ford, their service department does not meet the same high standards.

replaced my crankshaft position sensor on my 2013 mustang gt and then took my car to veterans ford to have them re-learn the sensor to my vehicle. i paid right around $380 for this service which is pricey but seems fair. additionally i was told it would be 2 hours for this service but got my car back in less than an hour which was a nice bonus. ryan took care of me and was very helpful, super cool dude.

My apartment was at 2pm. I got there at 1pm. Pulled up one of the Service providers. Open me door. Felt Llike VIP. All went well from there. Shutter to my place and back to the dealership. With my ford points and the wonderful discount the great employee Service employee who is helping me five stars. Bill came up 1/2 of the I originally price.
