I took my 2016 Ford Escape to Veterans Ford for an oil change. My service representative was Trey and he was very helpful. He kept me updated on each step that was completed on my car and I would definitely recommend him and Veterans Ford for any future car needs you may have in the future.

It’s been 3 months since I bought this CPO Mustang Mach-E GT from Veterans Ford. I sent it in for the 20K mile service, and told them my concern with a speaker. They resolved the problem and performed routine service quickly. Trey was helpful as usual and I really appreciate the attention to detail. I’m a happy customer, thank you!!

I reached out to Veterans Ford for a mobile oil change, but after Adam checked my vehicle, he told me it wasn’t time yet. Instead of just doing the service anyway, he inspected all my fluids, made sure everything looked good, and gave me helpful advice on when the next oil change should be. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism—it’s rare to find someone who puts the customer’s best interest first. I’ll definitely be calling Veterans Ford again when it’s time for the service. PS the service at Veterans is such a breath of fresh air compared to Parks Ford.

I had a great experience purchasing my Ford Maverick from Veterans Ford. Jacqueline was friendly, helpful, and straightforward throughout the entire process. Everything went very smoothly, from the test drive and agreeing on the price through the paperwork, payment, and delivery. First I wanna say I had a horrible experience at BRANDON FORD. 2ND. ( Veterans Ford Changed that completely. ) They really made me feel like they cared and like I was family there. I dealt with Patrick he was really great. Took his time and showed me everything about the Ford Bronco I was buying and answered all my concerns and questions he had a lot of patience with me which I was really grateful for. I’m really Glad I didn’t let my bad experience at Brandon Ford ruin me going to a different Ford dealership. I RECOMMEND VETERANS FORD if you wanna be treated LIKE FAMILY. Not just a wallet. Absolutely best service i could receive! I called several other dealers about my recall and they all blew me off. I called Veterans and spoke with Ryan and he got me in the next morning no questions asked and when I arrived he got me checked in and my vehicle going quickly, he made sure I was updated the entire time and made sure my vehicle was completed in the appropriate time frame I was given. By far the best service and customer service I’ve received from ford or their employees in a long while. Thank you again Ryan for your A1 service see you again soon for more service needs.

Internet experience started a great day; after hours AI confirmed the White 2026 Escape still available, followed by permission to view short clip with General Mgr name and phone. Now that is the Made in Detroit Way! No BS that u get with presumptuous Chevy dealerships near campus. Followed up with extremely nice staff A-Z. I am doing an injustice by not naming all of them. Tay, Trey (Service), Darrell, the OH Dude, and the other mid-westener Rock Detriot-Style. I just might buy another Ford Vehicle from Veterans Ford Tampa. Lastly, Veteran’s Ford Tampa honored me as a Nephew to Uncle Mike who worked for Fords in the D, voluntarily joined the Navy, then went back to Ford in Detroit and retired with time served during Navy Tour. I went in for my first 5k maintenance service. Ryan S. was my service rep and was personable, very communicative, and friendly. Ryan said it was probably going to take an hour 45 to complete but he got me out of there in an hour 30, which I much appreciate. Ford offers to pickup and drop off your vehicle, free of charge, for any maintenance so I will definitely be utilizing that perk for my next service. Everything went smoothly, they weren’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need, and they completed everything in sufficient time.

I love the service guy that helped me. But my sunroof is still not fixed. They told me it is a different problem. I feel the first problem caused the second problem. I will admit it is frustrating because now I have to deal with another issue and this is all out of pocket expenses

Veterans has been taking care of my 2014 Fusion hybrid since I purchased it new. The car has been trouble free so the only service she has needed have been oil changes and check ups. And a couple Ford recalls. The vehicle is now 11 years old with 250,000+ miles on it. Still trouble Free. However, when I return from my Christmas holiday to Tampa airport, the battery had gone dead while it was parked in the garage. AAA got the car started for me, but the driver recommended that I get a new battery as soon as possible. Since it was Saturday and Veteran’s service is open, I called them (it was 3 o’clock, they close at 5) and they said, bring in the car and we will take care of it and they did. Thank you to Susan who provided wonderful service as I have always experienced at veterans Ford.

Matt was very helpful. I dropped my car off at 9am and picked it up about 3pm. My biggest concern was a problem with the battery. It was tested and I was assured it was ok. I also had the car serviced.

David did outstanding job of getting my concerns correctly identified to fix AirBag and replace Transmission cable. He gave me target time to have work done and stuck to it. The work done was very professional and clearly the items were fixed as requested. In the process I noticed few improvements were made like brakes were improved and the viewing panel on left now shows XXX miles to go before refueling. The entire team at Veterans Ford is very dedicated to looking after it’s customers including ride home and pick up when work was completed. Lorenzo and Travis are leading this dealership in a very effective and efficient manner.

***UPDATE 4*** Just picked up my 4th vehicle from Veterans Ford. If you're not buying from here you're missing out! This team has been nothing but great to me. Just upgraded my 2021 F150 to a 2025 F150 5.0L 4x4! I'll only buy my cars from Veterans Ford! Thank you guys again for everything! ***UPDATE 3*** in the last year, we have bought 3 cars from Veterans Ford. I said it in my last update that Veterans Ford will get all my future business and they have. Traded in a 2024 Ecoboost Mustang for a 2024 Mach E. They made it happen. Love the new car. ***UPDATE 2*** 5 months later I returned to upgrade my minivan for a 2021 F150. They made it happen! Tim, my salesman was awesome! No pressure sales technique goes along way. Roberto, one of the sales-managers made finance happen! I truly couldn't be any happier! I called around to different Ford service departments about a warning light concerning the transmission shift system in my Maverick. Matt at Veterans Ford was the most responsive service advisor I encountered so I decided to take my truck there. His explanation of their process was clear and, in fact, they diagnosed the problem quickly and I got the truck back within a day. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

I hate car shopping! That's the truth, but Veteran's Ford took away the frustration of buying a new truck. They didn't try to talk me out of buying the truck we initially went to test drive. It wasn't what we needed and so Tony stepped up and helped us search the inventory for the truck that met our parameters. He took us for a test drive and he is quite knowledgeable about Ford trucks. Mark, the new car director, helped work out all the offer details and financing terms that we could live with. Jonathan made sure everything was finalized and gave us time to think and look to be sure the truck would fit our needs. Jason finalized all the paperwork (he's also a Michigan fan - #GoBlue). All in all, we left the dealership with a new truck that wasn't overboard, but still big enough for what we needed. This was the most pleasant vehicle purchases I have ever made. I highly recommend checking out Veteran's Ford. A huge thank you for the great service I received on my F-150 transmission warranty work!! I was kept well informed and updated, and it was finished in record time! I am so glad we went out our way to find Veteran's Ford! It is well worth the drive from Zephyrhills!

Patrick and the entire team were simply amazing from start to finish. The process took a little over a week with Thanksgiving in the middle of it, due to scheduling conflicts and timing, however Patrick delivered exactly as he promised, without a hitch, bubble, or snafu. After shopping dealers closer to our house and experiencing the brush off, Patrick made the 3 hour drive to Veteran's Ford well worth the time and adventure to pick up the new Raptor.
