I stopped by Veterans Ford this past weekend to look at a CPO vehicle I’d seen online. I worked with Bryan in sales who was very friendly and helpful. When it came to numbers, Bryan was a straight-shooter and helped me quickly negotiate an agreeable deal! Knowing I had later commitments that day, Veterans respected my time and got the paperwork done in record time. I was quite frantic when I found out that the drag underneath the engine had become unattached as screws fell out the day before. I drove to Veteran's Ford as I needed to have it attached or taken down fearing an accident could occur if it became fully detached. I only had a couple of hours as I had a pulmonology appointment in north Tampa at 3 pm and it was 1pm! Voila! Dustin came through like a champ and screws were ordered and the drag was taken off put in the back of the car! All's well that ends well! Thank you Veteran's and Dustin!

George, my service advisor, provided excellent communication throughout the entire experience. Veteran Ford honored the necessary completion time as my wife was flying back to town with our kids and relies on our Transit for transportation. However, I saw the exact vehicle I was looking for recently using the online Carfax website— and at a reasonable price—so I immediately called Veterans Ford to inquire. Alex answered the phone and he was incredible. We worked out a deal all by phone, and he stood by everything he said when I finally made it to Tampa a few days later (I’m in Gainesville). These folks are about as honest and trustworthy as my own father, and that is saying a lot. Darrell did my paperwork and had me in and out (with a thumb drive of all the paperwork) in under an hour. Alex even had put a new tire on the car before I got there when he found a potential issue. Plus even came in on his day off when it was most convenient for me. I really appreciate how I was treated and encourage anyone to use this wonderful business. My first dealership experience?

John was an excellent salesman. Laid out realistic expectations and was very professional with us. He and the rest of the staff made the experience feel like a breeze. They made our girls comfortable and this was the quickest I have ever bought a vehicle at any dealer. It usually takes all day from start to finish. They had us test drive the vehicle we wanted as soon as we got there, paperwork was quick, and they had the car detailed and filled way before any paperwork was done. The whole process was less than 4hours. Would definitely recommend them and come back.

Hands down, the absolute best car buying experience I have ever experienced. From start to finish there was no pressure and my salesperson, Ethan Clothier was super friendly, responsive, and helpful. He actually listened to what I needed and got it for me. Mark the sales manager was fantastic and made sure to check in to ensure the process was going smoothly. I have been here twice now! Every time has been nothing short of excellent! Last year I purchased a mustang with Lorenzo who has honest, straight forward and no hassling what so ever. Amazing experience! This 2nd time I was upside down on a trade in and reached out to Lorenzo who had to hand me off to Anthony “Tony”. Let me just say Tony’s customer service and white glove approach went above and beyond my 2nd time here. Susan O'Dell was our adviser She was the best yet at Veterans Ford. She let us know what I needed for my 2020 Ford Edge which was Tires which we chose to get somewhere else and there was no pressure from her which most others do so that was most appreciated. That was on Tuesday the 28th of May. So on Thursday the 30th we brought my husband's 2018 Ford F150 in for his service. The same as with my car. Susan O'Dell let us know what was needed and instead of the pressure from the other Service Advisors we have delt with and not done the survey for. She is the one who we will always ask for. I expected a hassle to get recall work taken care of but ended up with true customer service! My Expedition was fixed of in my St Pete driveway! Not kept for days at the dealership. All my questions were answered and i was treated me with respect. What a pleasant change from my previous experience with the Ford Dealership near me. I'd be happy to travel to Tampa to have my vehicle maintained if it can't be done in my driveway. I highly recommend you give them a try! I'm glad I did!

Matt was great. The process was easy! In and out! Oil changes and an inspection isn’t quick. I take my truck here for a reason, I want them to look it over! They do! But it’s not a quick thing. I want the person looking at my truck to take their time and make sure they see everything! When I hook up to my 27,000lb RV. I want peace of mind knowing it was looked over!

Susan is exceptional. Although I reside in St. Petersburg, my workplace is located near the dealership, which serves as the primary service center for my Ford vehicle. Despite living within two miles of an AutoNation Ford, their service department does not meet the same high standards.

replaced my crankshaft position sensor on my 2013 mustang gt and then took my car to veterans ford to have them re-learn the sensor to my vehicle. i paid right around $380 for this service which is pricey but seems fair. additionally i was told it would be 2 hours for this service but got my car back in less than an hour which was a nice bonus. ryan took care of me and was very helpful, super cool dude.
