I had a great experience at Veterans Ford. They replaced my rear differential and performed a transmission fluid service, and the entire process was completed much quicker than I expected. The staff was professional, kept me informed throughout the repair, and made everything hassle-free. My truck is running great now, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. I highly recommend Veterans Ford for their excellent service and efficient repairs!

I had an excellent experience at Veterans Ford. My associate Isaiah Went above and beyond. Even called the manufacturer of my bronco topper to get everything handled under warranty. He kept me in the loop through the entire process. Will definitely be taking my vehicles there in the future.!

I highly recommend asking for Andro if you visit this dealership. I was looking online at a specific car, and Andro was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind in providing me with the information and videos of the vehicle I requested. After careful consideration, I ultimately decided not to purchase the car due to some features I didn’t need, though there was nothing inherently wrong with the vehicle. Despite that, Andro was very understanding, and at no point during our conversations did I feel pressured to make a purchase. He provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Overall, my experience with him was a refreshing change from the stressful car-buying experience people often expect. If I decide to buy a car from this dealership in the future, Andro will be the first person I contact.

I always dread having to go through the process of buying a new vehicle. From dealing with the overly persistent sales guys to sitting for hours haggling rates and dealing with loads of paper work. This was not the case this time. I had a new sales guy named Devin help us out. He made the whole process so quick and easy. He listened to what my husband and I were requesting and our goal and nailed it! This is our second purchase from Veterans Ford in 2 years, and I would go back again. My only thing I would recommend to their team is offering at least a water while sitting there waiting. Over all it was great working with them again.

Great sales experience at Veterans Ford! Patrick from internet sales is excellent and I highly recommend him! Our home had a major fire on 6/15 and my 2025 Bronco Badlands was destroyed in the fire. Patrick was compassionate and caring about the situation and worked to find me a 2026 model that had everything my 2025 had, and he was patient and held the vehicle for me while I worked through the frustratingly slow insurance process! Hard to find people who truly care about their customers these days, so this was a wonderful experience at a difficult time in our lives when we’d just lost everything!

I recently brought my Bronco in for a transmission issue only to find out I had a front tire that was separating. Spoke with Ryan service advisor and he was awesome at finding a deal to replace all 4 tires. Took care of it and it drives great! Solid service advisor knows what he’s talking about and kept me informed the whole time

The buying experience was great. They valued my trade-in car at a good price. I ended up not getting the car I intended to buy due to spec, but John was very friendly and patient. He listened to what I want out of my car, and recommended another one. I ended up with a car that I love to drive. Also, I left something at the dealership, I texted John the next day, and he found it in the car we test drove. I would have never gotten it back if John wasn’t thorough about it. I’m a very happy customer.

First time bringing my car in for service since I bought it for routine 10k oil change and to check a nail in my tire. Matt from the service department is very personable and made the whole process seamless. He kept me in the loop about everything, calling me after the diagnosis and after the oil change was done to let me know they were looking at the tire and would be done shortly. Overall would definitely come back.

I recently brought my 2024 Bronco in to the service center again, this time because the window switches broke off. Ryan was my service representative who ordered the parts and arranged the repair appt. He was very polite and informative. It took about a month and a half for the parts to arrive at the service center but as soon as the parts arrived I was able to bring my car in for the repair. My switches look brand new again. While the Bronco has been nothing but a pain for me (plastic fender popped off, water pump replacement and window switches breaking) the service center is always very kind and gets the issue resolved.

The two mechanics you sent to my house I've never met two intelligent people that work on cars in my life.. very polite very professional answered questions.. I would keep those two guys they are good for your business you need people like that working for you..( last time I took my car there I had very poor service) this time they were mobile mechanics couldn't have asked for anything better just there acknowledgment was so professional. If there's any incentive to give these two men I would absolutely give it to them.. I can tell you now I know not all of your employees have their integrity of representing your company like that. Please make sure that they acknowledge that somebody gave them a good compliment I wish everybody worked like them honest. As I mentioned you need people like them to represent your company. It's always nice to get a compliment instead of a complaint.

2026 update: The Service Department is second to none! Matt and Jack keep us coming back. My car and my husband's truck are kept running smoothly with regular maintenance. I never feel pressured to get services I don't need. Do I recommend Veteran's Ford? Absolutely! Original review in 2016: My husband wanted a new truck and I was going to buy my first brand new car since 1978. I contacted several dealerships of various manufacturers. I did my homework and wanted to see what was available. My comparison of three Tampa dealerships, resulted in Veteran's Ford having the best prices. I spoke with William Smallwood on the phone. He listened to what I wanted let me know he and his staff were ready help us make an informed purchase. Before getting to Veteran's Ford, we stopped at another dealership. I test drove two cars. We left there angry, because I felt that I was being strong armed into a car I wasn't sure I wanted. I didn't want to look any more, but I gave my word to William that we would come in. I am so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was totally different. William put us with Sean Bergen. Sean made buying our new Ford F-150 and Focus a pleasure. He listened to our wants and needs and directed us to the right vehicles. He didn't try to strong arm us into something we didn't want. He explained the differences between the vehicles we looked at and what we could expect from our purchase. He asked all the right questions and walked me to the perfect car. I only test drove one. It was THE one! Then we went about the business of finding my husband his new F-150. Sean made buying our new Ford F-150 and Focus a pleasure. David Griffith made the closing procedure enjoyable. He is knowledgeable, friendly and made us laugh. He made the mundane task of signing forms and reviewing terms not only pleasant, but entertaining. He offered us products and explained the benefits of each. He made us feel comfortable and never made us feel pressured. We left happy with our purchases. The staff at Veterans Ford shatters the concept of the stereotypical car sale transaction. We walked in feeling battered by the previous dealership, but we left with two new vehicles and a restored faith in what car buying should look like. Update 2023: We have bought our seventh vehicle from Sean Bergen and staff, as he has been rightly promoted. Since the original purchases in 2016, we bought two more in 2018. We took my husband's mother to buy her new car when her previous dealership acted uninterested in helping her. Sean and staff to the rescue. Last year I had to replace my beloved car when it was totalled due to an inattentive driver who slammed into the back of us while we were stopped. Sean, once again, found me the perfect car. Yesterday, my husband drove home in his brand new 2023 F150. Enter Justin Slimak. He made the sale easy. Justin kept us informed every step of the way. He made sure everything was ready before my husband got there. The paperwork was prepared. The truck was fully gassed up with a giant bow on top. Once again, Sean and staff shattered the stereotype of car buying. Do I recommend Veteran's Ford? Absolutely!

We had a great experience with the purchase of our new Ford Maverick. Shane was knowledgeable, patient answering all of our questions and showing us different options. Let me first start off by saying John was the best salesman I’ve ever had. Not zealous about making the deal or overbearing about calls. He made me comfortable enough to even come into the dealership off of my inquiry I think that’s the Virginia in him. We’re very calculated but calm people. I had an amazing experience purchasing my vehicle at Veteran Ford. From the moment I arrived, I received immediate attention and assistance. I was given clear options right away, which made it easy to see what could be done to help me leave with a new vehicle that same day. Sebastian went above and beyond—putting in the effort, exploring every option, and making sure nothing was overlooked. He worked closely with his management team, who were also phenomenal in reviewing every possibility to ensure I had the best outcome. I originally expected to come in for a 2024 F-150, but thanks to their dedication, I drove home in a 2025 F-150 Lightning—far beyond what I imagined! Not only did it fit within my budget, but I also left feeling extremely happy, proud, and satisfied with both the vehicle and the outstanding service I received from Sebastian!

Brought my brand new 2025 Bronco to the service department with and AC problem and although I had not purchased it from them, they took the time to diagnose the issue and would not give it back until it was 100% fixed. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

A bit overdue, but still wanted to provide my feedback on the purchase process. Sebastian, the salesman, did a fantastic job providing us with an overview and a demonstration of all the features that Ford F-150 Lightning has to offer and provided us with a detailed comparison of different trims to make sure we purchased exactly what we wanted. THIS IS A NEGATIVE REVIEW. If I put one star it would not be listed first. Stay away from their service department. I took my 2015 Edge last year and they told me it was not worth repairing. They gave us $500 to trade it in for a used car that we purchased there. A year later and we are having issues with the used car we purchased at Veterans. I was able to get a hold of my 2015 Ford Edge Car Fax Report and was able to see that it was sold and it still going strong. I wish I would have gotten a second opinion. I probably could have fixed my old vehicle and not get stuck with a 10-year-old used car that we are still paying for and needing several repairs. It's not right and something needs to be done about all these lying mechanics and shops.

I recently brought in my Bronco for 2 recalls including rear view camera replacement and software update. I was told the parts were in fact in and schedules the appt. I came there only to be told the recall does. It impact the 2022 Ford Bronco- yet the Ford website says it does as does NHTA when checking my vin. Please advise what is going on with this and provide proof the recall does not impact my vehicle.

Had my 10 K service done on my 2025 Mustang that I bought at Veterans Ford. The Ford app prompted me for the service and made it so easy to schedule a service appointment for 2 days later. Didn’t have to make phone call and go through phone menus. When I arrived, Ryan S. was there and ready to get me checked in. He gave an accurate estimate and said it should only take an hour to complete. He was great. I was on my way super quick. Outstanding service!

****August 2025 Update**** This is a service Department Update. I finally got a service advisor who was on his A Game and not only kept me informed of the safety campaign that my vehicle had and went ahead and ordered the parts and even hooked me up with a Rental Car for 24 hours. He gave me is business card and I told him He will be my Go to Service Advisor from now on as he not only showed me excellent customer service but is very Professional and will keep his customers informed on their vehicle repairs. well Done Veterans Ford Service Department ***October 2024 Update #2**** The car was overdue for a checkup and the next oil Change was coming soon. So I booked a 8:30am appointment (Arrived a little after 8 and by 8:45 my service advisor came up to me and told me they were almost done but they didn't have a filter in stock and had to go get it. So what should have been about a 1.5 to 2 hours turned into a 3.5 hour wait again. Once I was finished with service I went and talked to the Dealership owner and explained to him what's keeps happening so then he went and got the service Mgr and I explained to him everything and that I would Never buy another ford vehicle in the future from here as the service department keeps failing. The service manager gave a discount off the bill due to the lack of communication again as well as gave me his business card and told me the next time I make an appointment to let him know and he would handle me personally. With the Poor customer service in the service department I still won't buy another vehicle from this Dealership again. ********************************************* **2024 Update #1** I always make an appointment coming in for any type of service and this time the service department performed excellent and it only took about an hour and a half. 2023 Review Below The sales department back in 2020 was Great. The Service department is the worst I have ever experienced which is why I gave it only 1 star previously.

After wasting two hours at another dealership, I stopped at Veterans Ford before giving up on finding a used F-150 for the day. Despite the rain, Sebastian greeted me right away and walked the lot with me. He was extremely helpful in finding a truck that fit both my budget and specific needs. After a little negotiation, we made a deal on a great one-owner truck with a warranty, and so far, I couldn’t be happier with it!

Josh provided excellent service during my recent visit. He efficiently checked me in and clearly communicated the estimated wait time, which turned out to be remarkably accurate. He took the time to thoroughly explain the work that would be done on my vehicle, clearly outlining what was covered under warranty and what I would be responsible for. Additionally, he offered the convenience of the dealership’s shuttle service, ensuring I didn’t have to wait on-site if I preferred not to. I can’t say enough about how Lorenzo Pena and his team, Steve, the Parts manager and Patrick, the Internet sales manager work together as a team to make our purchase simple as always. My husband can be difficult to work with as he goes through analysis paralysis on any purchase. Lorenzo and his team were patient and diligent.
