Doing an update review!! Five years ago, I posted a review stating how tremendous Veterans Ford was. Aaron and Lorenzo helped me into a 2019 Ford edge at that time. Five years past and I stupidly went somewhere else to get a car when I should’ve went back to veterans. My husband and I recently came back, as he has been a customer for years. Chris and Mark were absolutely amazing. They were so patient with us and Mark even spoiled my kids with a few toys to keep them busy. They made my dreams of driving an Expedition come true and as always, made the process extremely easy. Let’s not forget Darrell! He was so personable, knowledgeable, and understanding..Thank you Veterans Ford for always taking care of us. I will never steer to another dealership every again!!!

A great transaction from “finding our car on the internet to driving it away!” We were in the closing days of a Lemon Law Return on a brand new 2024 Corsair we purchased from Plaza Lincoln in Leesburg, Florida. That failed purchase was very stressful, so we looked elsewhere for the 2023 Corsair Reserve we really wanted. On August 22, 2024, I reached out to Veterans Ford in Tampa about a white 2023 Lincoln Corsair Reserve with 8,000 miles advertised on the internet. This was the exact car we were looking for. Patrick Borders, their Internet Sales Specialist, responded quickly to me. We scheduled an appointment and drove down to see “the car”. We were met by Patrick and the Internet Sales Director, Aaron Scheible. Both Patrick and Aaron gave us the VIP treatment. A nice test drive with Aaron, and Patrick took it from there. They both knew a lot about the features of the car. We gave a deposit and picked up the car a couple of weeks later when our Lemon Law Return was approved. This has been the best transaction we have ever had with any dealership and we wouldn’t hesitate to buy here again!

Great buying experience! When I buy, I do not negotiate. I give several dealerships an opportunity to give me a one and done offer. Veteran’s Ford beat all the offers. Aaron and Sarah were fantastic! We did all paperwork on line and Sarah delivered the vehicle to my driveway. I love my new Expedition!
