I reached out to Veterans Ford for a mobile oil change, but after Adam checked my vehicle, he told me it wasn’t time yet. Instead of just doing the service anyway, he inspected all my fluids, made sure everything looked good, and gave me helpful advice on when the next oil change should be. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism—it’s rare to find someone who puts the customer’s best interest first. I’ll definitely be calling Veterans Ford again when it’s time for the service. PS the service at Veterans is such a breath of fresh air compared to Parks Ford.

I used Veterans Ford Mobile service to replace a recall part that is on a National back order but since the part flew off my car already while driving they replaced them at my house. Adam called me when he was on his way and was respectful and personable.
