I purchased a Range Rover basically online. I contacted them on Monday and was driving my vehicle home Tuesday morning. I did have my own financing but they made it a seamless, fast and efficient process. Alex was my sales person and he was honest and quick from the jump. Excellent experience with Alex at Veterans Ford. Been to local dealerships the past week in Palm Harbor / Clearwater area looking for a pre-owned sedan with low miles. Found a Lincoln MKZ online I really liked at their Orlando dealership. Alex had them bring it to Tampa the next day for me and I bought it. Very professional, attention to details and easy as 1,2,3. 5 Star plus from me.

I was vacationing this week and decided to look for a Mustang convertible. I am so glad I ended up at Veterans Ford! I met Alex, one of the salesman, who was amazing! He wasn’t pushy, listened to what I was looking for, and made sure I got what I wanted. I was supposed to fly out the next day, so Alex took care of everything: had the car brought from another store, had it cleaned up, met me at the airport so I could return the rental I had for the week, filled the tank of my new car with gas, while I was finalizing the financing he loaded all my bags (and there were several!) into my new car. The best car buying experience ever!! The next time I’m looking to buy I will coordinate my vacation so I can do business with Alex and Veterans Ford in Tampa!!
