I was pleased with the service at Veterans Ford. Both Matt and Brandon were extremely helpful. Although the service took longer than originally expected, they always communicated with me concerning the situation. I would recommend them.

Came in for some transmission issues. Jack answered the phone made the appointment & was very professional courteous and knowledgeable. Had more issues arise and the service manager Brandon got involved he was also a magnificent help same as Jack. They took care of my car in a fast expedient manner. They treated my car with care and gave it back exactly as they got it respecting everything inside and out. They even gave me a veteran's discount since I'm retired military. I have never been happier at a dealership. The transmission tecs were superb and experts at what they do. That's why my family has purchased three cars from your dealership and will continue to come there for future sales and service. They even introduced me to the service director who is polite and courteous as well. I hope these men are commended for their fine work diligence and professionalism with expediting my repair and service needs. I will be coming back soon for some air conditioner work I will ask for them both by name. GREAT WORK VETERANS FORD!

Great service, very courteous , I drove an hour just to get to Veterans , when Brandon Ford is only 10 min. From me. Service matters ! Thank you
