I took my MachE In for a routine service Yesterday.I was assigned to Joseph, and he was absolutely awesome. He also helped me figure out a problem which was not part of the service which was great. And I got some really good tips from George about some things I did not realize about my EV. And Joseph suggested that I not wait and he had Rolando drive me home and pick me up. Joseph had asked me what time I wanted the car back and I said 12 PM and that's when Rolando arrived at my house. All in all a wonderful experience and I wouldn't think of using anybody else but Veteran's Ford.

I was pleased with the service provided. No hard sell for other recommended services. Service Advisor George Lupo should receive five stars too for his knowledge and personable demeanor. Very pleasant to work with.

Dropped my car off for an oil change yesterday. My advisor was George Lupo, he was great, friendly and approachable. All 4 of the detailers moved or quit, point is I couldn’t get my car washed which was annoying but overall service was great & I’ll be back.

Veterans Ford FTW! I’ve not had great service experience lately with Ford, mostly due to long wait times to receive service. Sometimes a month or more depending on the dealer! As my vehicle is necessary for work, I just can’t afford that amount of down time. So when I called my local dealer and they told me it would be at least 3 weeks to get me in, I decided to give Veterans Ford a try. My advisor George was everything I could ask for. Knowledgeable, honest, and prompt. At drop off I waited around for the diagnosis, which was performed in a timely manner. George presented the repair and informed me that to get the parts would take a day, but I’d get my truck back by the end of the following day… and the team did not disappoint! Thanks George & Veterans Ford!
