Veterans Ford FTW! I’ve not had great service experience lately with Ford, mostly due to long wait times to receive service. Sometimes a month or more depending on the dealer! As my vehicle is necessary for work, I just can’t afford that amount of down time. So when I called my local dealer and they told me it would be at least 3 weeks to get me in, I decided to give Veterans Ford a try. My advisor George was everything I could ask for. Knowledgeable, honest, and prompt. At drop off I waited around for the diagnosis, which was performed in a timely manner. George presented the repair and informed me that to get the parts would take a day, but I’d get my truck back by the end of the following day… and the team did not disappoint! Thanks George & Veterans Ford!

Excellent service! I had the multi-point inspection AND a complete detail on the car inside and out! Everything runs and looks great!! George made sure to keep us up to date on the progress, as usual, and he made sure to address the minor concerns that I had with the vehicle when I dropped it off. Thank you George!!!
