Visited Veterans Ford for an oil change on our 2020 Ford Transit 250. Everyone was super helpful Jack Mcclosky took care of us. Had the job done in about a quarter of the time estimated. I also visited the parts dept and all of my questions were answered by Achille Cristiano.

The transmission failed on my 2018 F-150. We are from Minnesota and down in Florida for the winter when this happened. We took it to Veterans Ford after calling them. Our service advisor, Jack McCloskey did an excellent job taking care of us and coordinating getting the repair done as quickly as possible as it is our only means of transportation. Thank you to him and the power train service technician for doing a great job!

And still one more 5 star review. This one is for a service advisor, Matt. It just doesn’t get any better on every level. That’s why we keep coming back again and again it will continue to do so. Yet another 5 star review. Jack is/was awesome. Makes for an excellent experience. Recall repair was super easy to schedule and courtesy shuttle made it all so very easy. Another 5 star service experience with Veterans Ford Service, specifically Dave Costello. Needed routine service, a recall item and what turned out to be pricey for Ford warranty item. Dave got me in and out quickly for the routine service and recall item - it was pleasant and painless as always. Dave also made sure my warranty part was ordered and we made arrangements to bring our other car in for service next week. This is the norm for me at Veterans Ford, which is why we keep going back both for service and to purchase new vehicles.
