Tay was a phenomenal salesman. It was my first EV purchase and I'm from out of state as well. He took the extra time to explain everything in detail with me and made sure I knew what I was getting. Noticed a minor issue during the walk-around of the vehicle but he made sure it was properly fixed before I even got into financing. Speaking of financing Jason also explained all of the paperwork (and the extra out of state sale papers) which was seamless. I've been to multiple dealers in different states but these 2 gentlemen treated me like a person first and not just a quota they were getting. Very happy with the purchase!!

Looking for a F250 Tremor unable to find in south Florida, found one at Veterans Ford in Tampa called them Chad answering he was very knowledgeable about the truck answered any questions . We made a deal over the phone & started the process. He was available to pick me up at the airport which made life easier. I hate car shopping! That's the truth, but Veteran's Ford took away the frustration of buying a new truck. They didn't try to talk me out of buying the truck we initially went to test drive. It wasn't what we needed and so Tony stepped up and helped us search the inventory for the truck that met our parameters. He took us for a test drive and he is quite knowledgeable about Ford trucks. Mark, the new car director, helped work out all the offer details and financing terms that we could live with. Jonathan made sure everything was finalized and gave us time to think and look to be sure the truck would fit our needs. Jason finalized all the paperwork (he's also a Michigan fan - #GoBlue). All in all, we left the dealership with a new truck that wasn't overboard, but still big enough for what we needed. This was the most pleasant vehicle purchases I have ever made. Mariana was very nice. She answered all our questions and explained everything in detail. We are getting compliments about our SUV from our neighbors and friends. We've only had it 1 day but we are very happy with our purchase. Jason the finance person explained everything and made Us feel comfortable.
