Had an amazing experience at Veterans Ford! I’ve bought about 5 cars from them in the past and I plan to come back again in the future. Easy and quick process, nice people and no games or lies. Everyone was honest, upfront and dedicated to providing an awesome experience. Sean was my finance guru and he really knows his stuff and is super quick! I worked with Devon during the car process and he was patient, nice, and on top of everything to ensure everything went smoothly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle with VIP treatment to match. Updated August 2022: I bought another car from the same place and it was yet again another amazing experience! This time I worked with Tim and Sean on the car deal And have Jason for financing and all three of them were an amazing team that got me in and out of there super quick with a beautiful new car! I had the same amazing experience that I have had for the last several times I bought cars from here. I worked with Sean and Sarah for any questions about the car which they were extremely knowledgeable and able to assist me In anyway they could and answer the several questions that I had about the vehicle. I also worked with Tony for financing and he was very personable and made me feel really comfortable going through with the deal, which is not always the case at car dealerships so that is exceptional by itself. Overall, I had an amazing experience and I’m really enjoying my brand new F150 lightning. Shoutout to Josh J our salesman and Jason the finance manager at this location!! They were absolutely amazing. From when we walked into the dealership to leaving the car lot. They made the car buying process so easy and painless. I didn’t think I was going to walk out with my 2024 ford bronco since I was worried about the cost, but Josh and Mark made it happen. They explained all the little details that most dealerships don’t disclose to you and even helped with getting some discounts and a great APR to make it more cost effective for me. If I could give them 100 5 stars I would. My husband and I are so so very happy and thankful for them through this process. I bought my Lincoln MKZ on Saturday, I saw the car I wanted to see on line I have always dreaded going to buy a car. It has always been such a hassle and been very unpleasant experience for me. Actually, this is the first dealership Veteran Ford that was completely the opposite. Of course, no one likes to spend that kind of money but I am an older lady went by myself and from my salesman Jalen to Jason the finance manager it was nice no hassle or course you have to stick to what you can afford, they worked with me within my budget and I was there maybe 3 hours Kudo's to Veterans Ford for my first experience without getting upset and treated with respect. I love FORDS! I have owned a Ford Ranger, a Ford Escape and now I am the proud owner of a Ford Explorer. It is gorgeous! All the bells and whistles I needed! It is blue Certified! Warrantied to 100,000. I could go on an on! I feel safe! Best of all it pulls my food trailer! Had a tow package that pulls 5600 lbs included. I couldn’t be happier! Ok.. plus, it’s a sexy, super comfortable & like I said, a SAFE SUV for what I pull!!!! Thank you Tim, Roberto, Jason and especially to Lorenzo for allowing me to stay with FORD! I hate car shopping! That's the truth, but Veteran's Ford took away the frustration of buying a new truck. They didn't try to talk me out of buying the truck we initially went to test drive. It wasn't what we needed and so Tony stepped up and helped us search the inventory for the truck that met our parameters. He took us for a test drive and he is quite knowledgeable about Ford trucks. Mark, the new car director, helped work out all the offer details and financing terms that we could live with. Jonathan made sure everything was finalized and gave us time to think and look to be sure the truck would fit our needs. Jason finalized all the paperwork (he's also a Michigan fan - #GoBlue). All in all, we left the dealership with a new truck that wasn't overboard, but still big enough for what we needed. This was the most pleasant vehicle purchases I have ever made. I highly recommend checking out Veteran's Ford.

Very happy with our experience. Blake who is our salesman did a fantastic job of working the deal with us, and then explaining all the bells and whistles offered with our new 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum. Paperwork was a breeze with Jason through finance. No high pressure sales, just found what we were looking for and left it up to us to decide on the vehicle.

I have now purchased 3 vehicle with Veterans Ford and the attention to detail has always been a thing of beauty. My sales specialist Reyna & Ramon were both so helpful and patient without being pushy. Both Sean & Jason both stayed after hours to make sure everything was structured to work best for me and my family.
