Very happy with our experience. Blake who is our salesman did a fantastic job of working the deal with us, and then explaining all the bells and whistles offered with our new 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum. Paperwork was a breeze with Jason through finance. No high pressure sales, just found what we were looking for and left it up to us to decide on the vehicle.

I hate car shopping! That's the truth, but Veteran's Ford took away the frustration of buying a new truck. They didn't try to talk me out of buying the truck we initially went to test drive. It wasn't what we needed and so Tony stepped up and helped us search the inventory for the truck that met our parameters. He took us for a test drive and he is quite knowledgeable about Ford trucks. Mark, the new car director, helped work out all the offer details and financing terms that we could live with. Jonathan made sure everything was finalized and gave us time to think and look to be sure the truck would fit our needs. Jason finalized all the paperwork (he's also a Michigan fan - #GoBlue). All in all, we left the dealership with a new truck that wasn't overboard, but still big enough for what we needed. This was the most pleasant vehicle purchases I have ever made. I highly recommend checking out Veteran's Ford.

I love FORDS! I have owned a Ford Ranger, a Ford Escape and now I am the proud owner of a Ford Explorer. It is gorgeous! All the bells and whistles I needed! It is blue Certified! Warrantied to 100,000. I could go on an on! I feel safe! Best of all it pulls my food trailer! Had a tow package that pulls 5600 lbs included. I couldn’t be happier! Ok.. plus, it’s a sexy, super comfortable & like I said, a SAFE SUV for what I pull!!!! Thank you Tim, Roberto, Jason and especially to Lorenzo for allowing me to stay with FORD! You guys made it happen!!! You are the best in the business!!! Thank you!!!
