Joseph Hernandez was my service advisor today. He was the most efficient, courteous and professional advisor I’ve worked with since I bought my 2015 F150 new and had it serviced at Veterans Ford. He is worth every dollar you are paying him.

Called Veterans for a service on a 2020 Ranger we had just purchased from another dealership the day prior. The alternator was shot. Joseph at Veterans ran a full diagnostic on the truck to see if there was any more surprises. He found none thank goodness. He got the repair completed and even worked with the “other dealership” with getting those repairs paid. What was a super stressful situation was made much easier by having them do all the work.
