I just took delivery of my Ford Maverick Hybrid from Veterans Ford yesterday. It took 526 days since initial order. The long wait was frustrating, but the team at Veterans Ford was always helpful and caring. Even though the Maverick is still in high demand, they never tried to hike the price or push unwanted dealer options and packages. In fact, they discouraged me from adding options that were constrained to make sure that I get the truck. Also, I was so impressed that they had started preparing the paperwork ahead my arrival so that the purchase process would be seamless and had worked out all the rebates and other discounts from 2 years ago. I would recommend the friendly and professional team at Veterans Ford to anyone, and a special shout out to Sean, Mark and Alex!!

This recent experience with Veterans Ford has redeemed it substantially. I took my vehicle in to replace a tyre pressure sensor. I prefer not to use a dealer if possible because of the crazy labor price and the mark up on parts. So here I am back at Veterans wondering how it will go after some dismal communication issues in the past. Well Madison hit it out the park for me by communicating in a way that kept me up to speed with what was going on. Providing information for the customer is critical and Madison understands this. He also delivered my car himself because I needed it by a certain time. It just takes a few good people to make a place good.
