I usually do not write reviews. This one was more then well deserved. Mike is the best there is out there. I have purchased many cars and have come across many sales people no one has ever came close to Mike. I was threading walking into a car dealer. I looked for weeks and found exactly what I wanted. I went in to meet Mike. No hassle whatsoever. He went above and beyond what was expected for sure. We were in and out of there with the purchase of my car in four hours. If you’re looking for a car I definitely suggest you ask for Mike. He is definitely a gem. My husband will definitely be back for his new car in the next year. Thanks Mike for making our experience such a pleasurable one. ????

UPDATE: Have to make a change - we were told there was a 2nd key fob for the vehicle and they would need to look for it. They were unable to find and now we have to go to an additional expense. The experience was great at the time, but now, it has fallen on us to get an additional key fob after we were told there was one. This tarnished the experience. Great experience! They made it easy. Worked with Mike and was in and out in under 2 hours with everything done. Very nice people, easy transaction!

Mike helped me so much i love it my car the smooth process it took me 2 hrs to finalize everything and to drive off the lot with white discovery i love it thank you veterans ford Matter of fact never mind the car is a fuxkin lemon ive waited two weeks for my vehicle they put a brand new radiator and its still smoking

My husband and I were In the market to trade in a car we had negative equity on. So, we took our time going to several dealerships, test driving, and getting our car valued for the trade. But I really had my eyes set on a new Bronco. Mike was amazing, he was so informative of all the features, what each model had to offer, and showed me the differences in each of the same models. Who knew Broncos were so widely different from each other!? The sales managers were also great. Everyone really put in the work to ensure we got the deal we wanted! After going in to see the Broncos in person, we needed time to decide if it's what we for sure wanted, Mike let us know we could just reach out if we decided to go for it and complete the process online and over the phone. This made it so much easier. No sitting for hours. We went in to pick the Bronco up and was out the door in no time. All we had to do was sign papers. TLDR: Mike and the sales managers are awesome. Made the process fast and easy. Highly recommend!

Mike Long got us by the exact truck we wanted at a good price. You can’t beat the F150 Lariat. Very friendly service all around at this dealer.. The Ford Edge we got as a loner was a great car and will likely be the next SUV we purchase.
