Their work is not always the cheapest, as expected, but its solid work, solid products, good people, honest, so its my go to for my Fords. Patrick and the entire team were simply amazing from start to finish. The process took a little over a week with Thanksgiving in the middle of it, due to scheduling conflicts and timing, however Patrick delivered exactly as he promised, without a hitch, bubble, or snafu. After shopping dealers closer to our house and experiencing the brush off, Patrick made the 3 hour drive to Veteran's Ford well worth the time and adventure to pick up the new Raptor.

Pleasantly surprised with the process. I called the day before and they set the truck aside for me. The communication was great. Drove from Orlando for a ‘hard to find’ used vehicle, so selection was great as well. And for a vehicle purchase Patrick and the team had me relatively in and out.

This was one of the best car buying experiences. The laid back atmosphere and friendly but not pushy salespeople really made for a great impression.
