Spoke with Ryan service advisor and he was awesome at finding a deal to replace all 4 tires. Took care of it and it drives great! I recently brought my 2024 Bronco in to the service center again, this time because the window switches broke off. Ryan was my service representative who ordered the parts and arranged the repair appt. He was very polite and informative. It took about a month and a half for the parts to arrive at the service center but as soon as the parts arrived I was able to bring my car in for the repair. My switches look brand new again. While the Bronco has been nothing but a pain for me (plastic fender popped off, water pump replacement and window switches breaking) the service center is always very kind and gets the issue resolved.

Went to change out a part that had been recalled in my car and Ryan was awesome! He was quick, friendly, and great for any questions I had! Highly recommend!

replaced my crankshaft position sensor on my 2013 mustang gt and then took my car to veterans ford to have them re-learn the sensor to my vehicle. i paid right around $380 for this service which is pricey but seems fair. additionally i was told it would be 2 hours for this service but got my car back in less than an hour which was a nice bonus. ryan took care of me and was very helpful, super cool dude.

Took my car in and Ryan was great. They texted updates and photos. When it came time for the estimate and Ryan was completely transparent. He recommended a body shop for repairs and provided names to contact. I appreciated the honesty and the status updates. I will be going to Veterans for my future service issues.

The service at Veterans Ford has been great! I’ve been going there since purchasing my car there in 2022. They are super helpful and very responsive, I love the texting feature for updates and Ryan my last service technician even texted me from his cell. Highly recommend especially for electric vehicles, I have the Mustang Mach e.

Excellent experience working with Ryan S. I was able to bring my SUV in the Monday I called. He called me by phone at least daily to update me on progress of the work order as I needed the Explorer to tow my camper out of town. The only letdown was the tech who failed to check washer fluid & let Ryan down. A plus was the cashier who offered to check my point balance & saved me a bit on my bill. I purchased the Explorer from Veteran's Ford in March 2020 & realized the benefit of the Extended Warranty which paid for itself with this visit.
