Shane Dempsey

Had a good experience with Shane at Veteran's Ford. He went the extra mile to locate an Expedition Timberline in the specifications I requested. We worked out a fair price with my trade in included and conducted much of the deal over email and text, which was my preference. The process was efficient and fair. Working with Shane, I didn't feel like I was being 'sold' but rather supported, which was great. Thanks Shane.

By far the best buying experience I have ever had! Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice. Shane was our sales rep and I can not compliment him enough. He never once made me feel pressured to make a decision. And I am not an easy customer lol He was actually able to help me find a car that better met my needs and wants. Shane is the man and so is Lorenzo. They went above and beyond to take care of every need. Accepted our request to take the used truck we were interested in to another mechanic to get a second opinion and then took care of all the electrical needs before giving it over to my wife and I. First truck that we looked at kept having problems but they gave us an even better option later. Great people to work with.
