Susan O'Dell was our adviser She was the best yet at Veterans Ford. She let us know what I needed for my 2020 Ford Edge which was Tires which we chose to get somewhere else and there was no pressure from her which most others do so that was most appreciated. That was on Tuesday the 28th of May. So on Thursday the 30th we brought my husband's 2018 Ford F150 in for his service. The same as with my car. Susan O'Dell let us know what was needed and instead of the pressure from the other Service Advisors we have delt with and not done the survey for. She is the one who we will always ask for. Susan is exceptional. Although I reside in St. Petersburg, my workplace is located near the dealership, which serves as the primary service center for my Ford vehicle. Despite living within two miles of an AutoNation Ford, their service department does not meet the same high standards.

Been having an issue with my truck recently and can’t seem to narrow it down on my own. I am a previous car, now airplane mechanic. Buttt I don’t like the smell of gear oil for brunch, so I took it in for a front differential service. Took it in quickly, and sent the pictures and videos I requested as it was part of my trouble shooting. Initially the tech serviced the wrong differential but it was an honest confusion and Susan (my service advisor) immediately comped the incorrect service and did the correct one I asked for. Great business practice in my book. Was all done and truck was waiting for me out front within a couple of hours. And Susan was communicating the entire time via text. If I need any dealer service help, I’ll definitely be coming here.

Veterans has been taking care of my 2014 Fusion hybrid since I purchased it new. The car has been trouble free so the only service she has needed have been oil changes and check ups. And a couple Ford recalls. The vehicle is now 11 years old with 250,000+ miles on it. Still trouble Free. However, when I return from my Christmas holiday to Tampa airport, the battery had gone dead while it was parked in the garage. AAA got the car started for me, but the driver recommended that I get a new battery as soon as possible. Since it was Saturday and Veteran’s service is open, I called them (it was 3 o’clock, they close at 5) and they said, bring in the car and we will take care of it and they did. Thank you to Susan who provided wonderful service as I have always experienced at veterans Ford.

Just keeps getting better! There’s a reason we continue to buy all of our cars here after 15 years. It’s all about Service! Our advisor Susan was phenomenal and that’s an understatement. She is knowledgeable, polite, very thorough and a pleasure to work with. I hope she’ll be here for a long long time. Thank you, Susan for making this an exceptional experience once again.
