Travis Letson

I took my car there today at last minute notice I had a nail in my tire. Travis said yeah bring it in. He and George took care of me. The tire was repaired and I was out in a minimal amount of time. It’s always a pleasure working with these guys. They aim to please and they get the job done, the general manager also gives out his cell number in case you have any issue to call him first. I really think that’s a great strategy to aim to please the customer successfully. Thanks guys you know I’ll be back soon.

Called in a Saturday with a question and spoke with Travis in the service dept. He was great discussing possible issues and took the car in that day and his team fixed the car and took care of a faulty part that was installed by another Ford dealership.
