WOW. Veterans has got some really great people! When you go to a dealership, and EVERY SINGLE PERSON you deal with is excellent, you know that management is really doing something right. I was in the market for a F150 Lightning, very early on too. Wasn’t planning on buying for another month. Omar reached out to me from a site inquiry. I was in contact with 4 different Ford dealers in the area. Omar was the quickest and easily most attentive of everyone I was emailing/texting. Some people wouldn’t give me the time of day through text, which ultimately costed them a sale but Omar was highly responsive and put the time in to answer my questions honestly and try to work on a prelim deal. He was patient and wasn’t hounding me to come in, but instead dealt with me until I was ready to swing by. Omar’s skill and attitude got me in there for sure. Omar was excellent during the test drive and tour. His excitement rubbed off on me and got me inside to start talking numbers. If you’ve ever tried to do a deal with me before, you’d know this is quite impressive already because I’m extremely persistent and stubborn. Omar worked with his manager to try to get me the best deal but I had a number in my head and we couldn’t come to an agreement, not his fault because I was asking for a lot and wasn’t willing to compromise. Just before I left, Omar’s manager Mike came by to talk to me. He buttered me up real quick then got back to the sale. Mike and I went back and forth about this deal for over an hour and ultimately ended on something we were both happy with. Mike is an EXCELLENT salesman and a pleasure to work with. Even the finance guy was very personable and a pleasure to be around. I know you guys stayed late for me on Sunday and everyone was so attentive and pleasant to work with. A really awesome team! Your obvious commitment and dedication to your craft, coupled with an excellent attitude and overall great buying environment at Veterans should be something all dealerships strive for. The best car buying experience I could have imagined. From Omar to Darrel, and their awesome sales director Adam, the process of trading in my car was smooth, the guys were honest, and everyone was genuinely kind!! They didn’t pad the bill with a bunch of nonsense and didn’t try to push a bunch of add ons. They reviewed the options and accepted the “no thanks” without trying to push me to buy extras. You won’t get the bad stereotype that dealers get. These guys are top notch!
